【摘要】：曲阳县地处太行山东麓，位于河北省的中部，距离省会石家庄约70公里，距离保定市约80公里，2010年被河北省委省政府确定为“直管县”。本文通过对曲阳县区域地理位置、水文、历史等进行调查研究的基础上，分析曲阳县城市现状、产业结构、经济发展、公路现状、交通运输发展状况等基础数据，运用指数平均法和交通运输量模型对区域内社会经济发展需求、综合运输发展需求、公路运输发展需求进行预测分析，对规划年度的公路网流量进行推算。依据曲阳县城市总体规划发展方向、功能区划分等，通过进行相关基础数据调查及分析研究，综合运用该研究领域中的先进理念，采用多元性回归模型，，对规划年度的农村公路网建设规模进行确定。依据确定的公路网建设规模，立足于曲阳县实际情况，因地制宜，采用重要度布局法，分析每个节点重要度，计算路线、区域的重要度，根据计算结果完成点→线→面的布局，最终确定出曲阳县农村公路布局规划方案以及实施序列，并且对布局规划方案进行了优化论证。同时对曲阳县农村公路规划的实施、资金的筹措、近期公路建设的重点等问题也进行了一定的研究。本文将为曲阳县农村公路可持续发展提供参考，为国家公路建设项目计划和地方道路建设投资提供依据。
[Abstract]:Quyang County is located in the eastern foot of Taihang Mountain, located in the middle of Hebei Province, about 70 kilometers from Shijiazhuang, capital of Hebei Province, and 80 kilometers from Baoding City. In 2010, Quyang County was designated as "directly in charge of county" by Hebei Provincial Party Committee and Provincial Government. On the basis of historical investigation and research, this paper analyzes the basic data of Quyang County's urban status, industrial structure, economic development, highway status, transportation development and so on. Using exponential average method and traffic volume model to forecast and analyze the social and economic development demand, integrated transportation development demand and highway transport development demand in the region. This paper calculates the highway network flow in the planning year. According to the development direction of the urban master plan of Quyang County and the division of the functional areas, through the investigation and analysis of relevant basic data, the advanced concepts in the research field are comprehensively applied. This paper adopts multiple regression model to determine the scale of rural highway network construction in planning year. According to the determined scale of highway network construction, based on the actual situation of Quyang County, according to local conditions, the importance distribution method is adopted. Analyze the importance of each node, calculate the route, the importance of the region, and complete the point according to the result of the calculation. 鈫扡ine. 鈫扚inally, the layout plan and implementation sequence of Quyang County rural highway layout are determined, and the layout planning scheme is optimized and demonstrated. At the same time, the implementation of Quyang county rural road planning and the raising of funds are also discussed. This paper will provide reference for the sustainable development of rural highway in Quyang County and provide the basis for the national highway construction project plan and local road construction investment.
