【摘要】：无车承运人业务是我国货物运输中新型的业务模式。该等业务模式在美国等发达国家发展已有几十年的历史,借助于互联网信息技术的发展,该等业务模式在我国得以涌现。在当前国家大力推进大众创业万众创新和推动实施"互联网+"行动计划的背景下,该等业务模式受到国家和交通运输监管部门的鼓励。1
[Abstract]:Non-car-carrier service is a new type of business mode in cargo transportation in China. These business models have been developed in the United States and other developed countries for decades, with the help of the development of information technology on the Internet. These business models have sprung up in our country. In the context of the current national efforts to promote mass entrepreneurship innovation and promote the implementation of the "Internet" action plan, these business models are encouraged by the state and the transport regulatory authorities.
