回收碳粉改性沥青制备参数及性能研究

【摘要】:采用打印机回收碳粉作为道路石油沥青的改性剂。分别拟定5个剪切温度、剪切速率、剪切时间水平制备回收碳粉改性沥青,并基于三大指标试验确定其制备参数。采用DSR、BBR检测不同掺量碳粉改性沥青的PG等级;并采用黏度计检测其135℃及175℃的旋转黏度,以确定适宜的施工温度。研究表明:改性沥青的最佳剪切温度为155℃,剪切时间为30 min,剪切速率为4 000 r/min;添加碳粉后其PG高温等级比基质沥青要高,在添加量为10%时高温等级达76℃;碳粉掺量不超过10%时,对沥青的低温性能影响不大;同时添加碳粉后对施工温度基本没有影响。
[Abstract]:Using printer recovered carbon powder as the modifier of road petroleum asphalt, five shear temperature, shear rate and shearing time level were determined respectively to prepare the modified asphalt with recycled carbon powder. The preparation parameters were determined on the basis of three index tests.
