常州西绕城高速公路京杭运河特大桥钢桥面环氧沥青铺装应用研究

【摘要】:近年来,随着我国经济的发展,钢桥由于具有结构轻盈、结构美观、施工效率高、低碳环保等优点,在我国公路桥梁中运用越来越普遍,但是其桥面铺装层的病害始终难以得到有效控制。为了研究解决钢桥面铺装层病害问题,,本文结合常州西绕城高速公路京杭运河特大桥钢桥面铺装工程实例为依托,阐述了钢桥面铺装结构类型的选择、环氧沥青混合料配合比设计以及材料要求、环氧沥青铺装层的施工工艺、施工要点,从而为我国钢桥面铺装应用提供基础研究和借鉴作用。 首先,本文调查研究了国内外钢桥面铺装类型,分析各种钢桥面铺装类型的结构特点,在此基础上,结合常州西绕城高速公路京杭运河特大桥的功能特点和使用条件,提出了钢桥面铺装结构形式。 其次,结合常州西绕城高速公路京杭运河特大桥的特征和当地气候条件,进行了环氧沥青混合料的配合比设计研究,系统研究了环氧沥青混合料的各项性能,提出了集料的级配范围、混合料的最佳沥青用量、混合料固化温度和固化时间等参数。 最后,结合常州西绕城高速公路京杭运河特大桥钢桥面铺装工程,对铺装层施工准备、施工机械组合、工程质量控制要点等进行了系统研究,对钢桥环氧沥青混凝土桥面铺装的施工工艺、技术要求等方面提出了合理建议,为今后环氧沥青混凝土在钢桥面铺装中的应用推广提供参考依据。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the development of economy in our country, steel bridges are widely used in highway bridges in our country because of their advantages such as light structure, beautiful structure, high construction efficiency, low carbon environmental protection and so on. In order to study and solve the problem of steel deck pavement, this paper is based on the example of Beijing-Hangzhou Canal Super Bridge surfacing of Changzhou West Roundabout Expressway. The selection of structural types of steel bridge deck pavement, the design of mix ratio of epoxy asphalt mixture and material requirements, the construction technology of epoxy asphalt pavement and the key points of construction are expounded, thus providing basic research and reference for the application of steel bridge deck pavement in China. Firstly, this paper investigates the types of steel bridge deck pavement at home and abroad, analyzes the structural characteristics of various steel bridge deck pavement types, and combines the functional characteristics and operating conditions of the Beijing-Hangzhou Canal Bridge of Changzhou West Roundabout Expressway. The structure form of steel bridge deck pavement is put forward. Secondly, according to the characteristics of Beijing-Hangzhou Canal Bridge of Changzhou West Roundabout Expressway and the local climate conditions, the proportion design of epoxy asphalt mixture is studied, and the performance of epoxy asphalt mixture is systematically studied. The gradation range of aggregate, the optimum asphalt content of mixture, the curing temperature and curing time of the mixture are put forward. Finally, combined with the steel deck pavement project of the Beijing-Hangzhou Canal Expressway in Changzhou Xichang Expressway, the construction preparation, construction machinery combination and key points of engineering quality control of the pavement layer are systematically studied. Some reasonable suggestions on the construction technology and technical requirements of steel bridge epoxy asphalt concrete deck pavement are put forward in order to provide a reference for the application and popularization of epoxy asphalt concrete in steel bridge deck pavement in the future.
