天津港南疆矿石码头工程项目质量管理研究

【摘要】：工程项目施工质量水平与地区经济发展，广大人民的切实利益密切相关，在工程项目的全生命周期中，质量管理既要兼顾到工程的适用性和投资效果，又要考虑到在项目运行实施过程中操作者和使用者的安全。一个有效的工程项目质量管理体系是质量管理的重中之重，也是提高工程质量，改进工作质量的重要手段。在相关的法律法规制度的建设上，我国已经建立了完善的体系，并且在企业中推行ISO9000认证。相关的规章管理已设置并实施，但在实践当中，依然要依据工程项目的具体情况，从实践中探索出更符合国情的质量管理方法和技术方法，从而实现工程项目的质量目标。本研究以“南疆港矿石码头”工程项目为研究案例。首先对该项目施工情况进行了详细的介绍，主要从项目实施的阶段安排、使用的方面，在整个施工管理过程中有哪些影响因素等。通过全面、完整、细致的分析，本文指出了在该工程项目的施工过重中质量管理上的缺陷，并据此提出了有针对性的解决方案。本研究对该工程项目施工的质量管理进行了总结、还提出了在质量管理上所应当注意的内容。本研究首先对一些基本概念和理论进行了介绍，比如工程项目质量、质量管理等。接着，，以“南疆港矿石码头”项目为案例，详细介绍和分析了该项目的质量管理体系，质量管理的程序和制度设计。对于该案例，重点分析了在项目施工中的一些特点和不足。最后，本研究对“南疆港矿石码头”项目进行了一个总体评价，指明促使其成功的原因，以及在整个过程中存在的问题。本研究发现，“南疆港矿石码头”项目在质量管理的过程中，需要完善制度建设，在整个过程中也缺少明确的责任划分和激励措施。论文对已开展的项目进行经验总结，并利用PDCA循环，逐步提升质量管控效果，最终使得该项目顺利完工。本文的研究有助于在以后的类似工程施工中对质量管理进行改善。
[Abstract]:The construction quality level of the project is closely related to the economic development of the region and the practical interests of the broad masses of people. In the whole life cycle of the project, the quality management should take into account the applicability of the project and the effect of investment.The safety of operators and users should also be taken into account during the implementation of the project.An effective project quality management system is the most important part of quality management, and also an important means to improve engineering quality and work quality.In the construction of relevant laws and regulations, China has established a perfect system, and the implementation of ISO9000 certification in enterprises.Relevant regulation management has been set up and implemented, but in practice, it is still necessary to explore more suitable quality management methods and technical methods in practice according to the specific conditions of engineering projects, so as to realize the quality objectives of engineering projects.This research takes the project of the South Xinjiang Port Ore Wharf as a case study.First of all, the construction situation of the project is introduced in detail, mainly from the stage arrangement of the project implementation, the use of the aspects, in the whole construction management process and so on.Through a comprehensive, complete and detailed analysis, this paper points out the defects of quality management in the construction of the project, and puts forward corresponding solutions accordingly.This paper summarizes the construction quality management of the project, and puts forward the contents that should be paid attention to in the quality management.This research first introduces some basic concepts and theories, such as project quality, quality management and so on.Then, the quality management system, procedure and system design of the project are introduced and analyzed in detail, taking the project of "Nanjiang Port Ore Wharf" as an example.For this case, some characteristics and shortcomings in the construction of the project are emphatically analyzed.Finally, a general evaluation of the project of "Nanjiang Port Ore Wharf" is carried out, and the reasons for its success and the problems existing in the whole process are pointed out.This study finds that in the process of quality management, the project of "Nanjiang Port Ore Wharf" needs to perfect the system construction, and also lacks clear responsibility division and incentive measures in the whole process.This paper summarizes the experience of the existing project and makes use of the PDCA cycle to improve the effect of quality control step by step. Finally, the project is completed smoothly.The research in this paper is helpful to improve the quality management in similar projects.
