基于企业视角的旅客道路运输风险管理研究——以兴义汽车运输公司为例

【摘要】：随着道路运输快速持续的发展,市场容量不断扩大,运输服务水平不断提升,旅客道路运输管理中也呈现出诸多风险。该文以兴义汽车运输公司为研究对象,采用问卷调查法、文献研究法、环境分析法、专家评定法和行为事件访谈法,界定了旅客道路运输风险的内涵,从车辆、人员、环境和运输管理四个方面对该公司面临的风险冲击进行了识别,并分析了风险产生的原因,提出了加强客运参与者安全意识、强化GPS对旅客运输过程的监控力度、完善公司旅客道路运输事故应急机制和建立管理责任倒查问责制等规避旅客道路运输风险管理的举措。
[Abstract]:With the rapid and sustainable development of road transportation, the market capacity is expanding, the level of transport service is improving, and the management of passenger road transportation also presents a lot of risks.Taking Xingyi Automobile Transportation Company as the research object, this paper defines the connotation of passenger road transportation risk from vehicles and personnel by means of questionnaire survey, literature research, environmental analysis, expert evaluation and behavior event interview.This paper identifies the risk impact faced by the company from four aspects of environment and transportation management, analyzes the causes of the risk, and proposes to strengthen the safety awareness of passenger transport participants and strengthen the monitoring of passenger transport process by GPS.Perfecting the emergency mechanism of company passenger road transportation accident and establishing management responsibility and accountability system to avoid the risk management of passenger road transportation.
