车载式道路破损自动识别系统

【摘要】:随着国民经济的不断发展,我国的交通网络公路总里程的迅速增长,也使得公路后期的养护保养工作量大大增加,,路面破损病害防治工作越来越受到公路养护部门的重视。而路面破损病害的及时准确的识别是路面养护工作的第一步,显然传统的人工识别检测的方法已越来越不适应道路检测的要求,利用机器视觉进行道路破损的自动识别成为国内外重点研究的对象。 本文的主要工作内容是车载式道路破损自动识别系统的设计和实现,该系统主要包括道路图像采集部分和道路裂缝自动识别部分两方面内容。论文的主要内容可以概括如下: 1.介绍国内外道路破损识别的研究现状,确定道路图像采集部分的主要硬件设备工作模式,选择图像采集设备中的各个硬件设备所使选用的具体型号及技术参数。 2.研究数字图像处理技术的方法,研究各种方法所能达到的效果及其优缺点,确定道路破损自动识别软件所应采用的处理步骤。同时根据当前人工识别方式对道路破损的分类情况来确定破损自动识别软件应该达到的目的和要求。 3.基于OpenCV(开源计算机视觉库)来进行道路图像破损自动识别软件的开发设计工作,不断完善软件代码,来实现破损区域的自动识别。 4.对于所识别到的破损区域,根据沥青路面和水泥混凝土路面破损的具体特征来实现裂缝类型的自动识别。通过破损识别区域最小包围矩形来反应面积、长度、宽度等信息,通过等效椭圆主轴与轮廓线距离来反应破损程度等。
[Abstract]:With the development of the national economy and the rapid increase of the total mileage of the traffic network in our country, the maintenance and maintenance work of the highway in the later period is greatly increased, and the prevention and treatment of the pavement damage is paid more and more attention by the highway maintenance department. The timely and accurate identification of pavement damage is the first step in pavement maintenance. Obviously, the traditional manual identification and detection method has become more and more inadequate to the requirements of road detection. Automatic recognition of road damage by machine vision has become the focus of research at home and abroad. The main work of this paper is the design and implementation of the vehicle-borne automatic recognition system for road damage. The system mainly includes two parts: road image collection and automatic identification of road cracks. The main contents of the paper can be summarized as follows: 1. This paper introduces the research status of road damage identification at home and abroad, determines the working mode of the main hardware equipment in the road image acquisition part, and selects the specific models and technical parameters of each hardware device in the image acquisition equipment. 2. This paper studies the methods of digital image processing, the effects of various methods and their advantages and disadvantages, and determines the processing steps to be used in the automatic recognition software for road damage. At the same time, according to the classification of road damage in the current manual recognition mode, the purpose and requirements of the automatic damage identification software should be determined. 3. Based on OpenCV( Open Source computer Vision Library) to develop and design the automatic recognition software for road image damage and improve the software code to realize the automatic recognition of damaged area. 4. According to the concrete characteristics of asphalt pavement and cement concrete pavement, the crack type can be identified automatically. The information of area, length and width is reflected by the minimum surrounding rectangle of the damage identification region, and the damage degree is reflected by the distance between the equivalent elliptical spindle and the contour line.
