一种高效快速的摊铺机熨平板加热方法的研究

【摘要】:随着国家经济的建设和公路事业的发展,公路修建的标准不断提高,这就需要我们提高沥青路面的摊铺质量。摊铺机熨平板的预加热与否,将严重影响到摊铺机起步时的摊铺质量。因此为了提高摊铺机的工作效率和摊铺质量,就需要对熨平板进行高效快速的加热。 本文以摊铺机熨平板的加热系统为研究对象,介绍了现有摊铺机熨平板加热的方法,分析其具有的优缺点,提出了使用柴油为燃料的新型加热方法。为了提高柴油的燃烧质量,就必须使柴油发生雾化,雾化效果的好坏将直接影响柴油的燃烧质量。介绍了液体雾化的三种主要雾化方式,通过研究燃油的雾化过程,建立射流雾化模型,分析影响雾化的因素,寻找提高雾化的质量的方法。研究了单滴油滴蒸发燃烧的模型和分析了柴油燃烧的过程,计算出柴油完全燃烧时所需的空气量,产生烟气的量,分析了摊铺机熨平板加热燃烧室内燃烧传热的过程。对摊铺机熨平板加热系统提出可行性方案,分析各种方案的特点,对比它们的优缺点,,综合分析并选择最优方案。通过与使用液化天然气加热方法的经济性对比,得出使用柴油为燃料加热熨平板是一种高效快速并且经济的加热方法。
[Abstract]:With the development of national economy and highway construction, the standard of highway construction has been improved, which requires us to improve the paving quality of asphalt pavement. The pre-heating of paver ironing plate will seriously affect the paving quality when paver starts. Therefore, in order to improve the working efficiency and spreading quality of paver, it is necessary to heat the ironing plate efficiently and quickly. This paper takes the heating system of paver ironing plate as the research object, introduces the existing paver ironing plate heating method, analyzes its advantages and disadvantages, and puts forward a new heating method using diesel oil as fuel. In order to improve the combustion quality of diesel oil, it is necessary to atomize diesel oil, and the effect of atomization will directly affect the combustion quality of diesel oil. Three main atomization methods of liquid atomization are introduced. By studying the atomization process of fuel, the jet atomization model is established, the factors influencing the atomization are analyzed, and the methods to improve the atomization quality are found. The model of single droplet evaporative combustion and the combustion process of diesel oil are studied. The air volume and the amount of flue gas produced when diesel oil is completely burned are calculated and the process of combustion heat transfer in the combustion chamber heated by ironing plate of paver is analyzed. This paper presents a feasible scheme for paver ironing plate heating system, analyzes the characteristics of various schemes, compares their advantages and disadvantages, and synthetically analyzes and selects the optimal scheme. Compared with the heating method of liquefied natural gas (LNG), it is concluded that using diesel as fuel to heat ironing plate is an efficient, fast and economical heating method.
