张家口市道路货物运输管理研究

【摘要】：道路货物运输业是国民经济的基础性产业，其发展的最终目的是促进和推动经济的发展，不断改善和提高人民的生活水平，极大地满足社会的需要。张家口市地处四省交界，具有得天独厚的区位优势，大力发展张家口市的道路货物运输业，对于促进张家口市经济发展，活跃城乡商贸流通，方便人民群众生产生活，扩大社会就业具有十分重要的意义。 本文首先介绍了张家口市道路货物运输行业的基本概念，分析了张家口市道路货物运输行业的现状，，运用实证研究等方法，揭示出张家口市道路货物运输行业存在的问题如市场秩序混乱、运力结构不尽合理、道路货物运输监管亟待立法、货运企业经营管理模式与现代物流企业要求不协调等问题，并归纳问题出现的原因，最后提出了完善张家口市道路货运行业的对策和建议，即理顺体制机制，建立更加合理高效的交通管理队伍、运用精细化管理的理论提升张家口市道路货物运输行业的管理水平、不断完善道路运输法律法规、建立完善的货运物流枢纽场站。这些建议的提出对张家口市道路货物运输行业今后的发展有重要帮助，说明解决问题应该因地制宜，不应拘泥于固有模式，要有所突破才能摸索出适合本地区道路货物运输行业发展的新方法。 论文研究的成果可以为相关政府运输主管部门提供实践性的依据，为张家口市道路货物运输业发展积累经验，总结规律，形成对策，并为其他地区道路运输行业管理提供相关方法和借鉴依据，从而推动我国道路货物运输行业健康有序地发展，为我国市场经济的发展保驾护航。
[Abstract]:The road cargo transportation industry is the basic industry of the national economy . The ultimate aim of the development is to promote and promote the development of the economy , improve and improve the living standard of the people , and greatly meet the needs of society .
This paper first introduces the basic concept of the transport industry of the road freight transportation industry , analyzes the present situation of the transportation industry of the road freight transportation industry , and analyzes the causes of the problems . Finally , it puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to improve the transport industry of the road freight transportation industry in the city . The suggestions are to be suitable for the local conditions , should not be kept in the natural mode , and the new method suitable for the development of the road freight transport industry in the region can be found out .
The results of this paper can provide practical basis for the relevant government transportation departments to provide practical basis for the development and accumulation of the road cargo transportation industry , summarize the law and form the countermeasure , and provide relevant methods and reference for the management of road transport industry in other areas , so as to promote the healthy and orderly development of the transportation industry of the road goods transportation industry in our country , and to guarantee the development of the market economy of our country .
