张涿高速公路隧道围岩稳定性评价与支护对策研究

【摘要】:近几年来,随着工程建设难度的增加,复杂地质构造与工程地质条件下的隧道围岩变形破坏问题越来越突出,因此围绕隧道围岩岩体结构特征和围岩变形机理展开研究并提出相应的支护对策显得尤为重要。本文通过分析隧道施工区构造地质背景条件、工程地质岩组特征,将其划分为构造岩建造岩组、碎屑岩建造岩组、变质岩建造岩组和岩浆岩建造岩组四种工程地质岩组类型,并根据地层岩性、结构面特征和岩石力学参数将隧道围岩划分为块体、层状、碎裂和散体四种岩体结构;对隧道围岩进行综合分类研究,采用基于距离判别分析法的隧道围岩分类方法,选取岩石质量指标、完整性指数、饱和单轴抗压强度、弹性抗力系数和地下水状况等五个参数指标,建立距离判别分析模型,得出围岩分类判别分析自检结果;通过地质调查、钻孔取芯、室内岩块试验等工作,以综合评判的方法将试验数据转化为隧道围岩的工程岩体力学参数,并基于Hoek-Brown破坏准则,采用岩体波速测试的方法反算岩体力学参数,获得隧道围岩岩体抗压强度、抗拉强度、抗剪强度及变形模量等计算数值;采用ABAQUS有限元分析软件,模拟隧道的动态开挖过程,对不同级别的隧道围岩开挖后应力场、位移场以及塑性区特征进行分析研究,提出了基于岩体结构特征的公路隧道围岩支护对策。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the increasing difficulty of engineering construction, the problem of tunnel surrounding rock deformation and destruction under complex geological structure and engineering geological conditions is becoming more and more prominent. Therefore, it is very important to study the structural characteristics of surrounding rock mass and the deformation mechanism of surrounding rock mass and put forward the corresponding supporting countermeasures. Based on the analysis of the tectonic geological background conditions and the characteristics of engineering geological rock formation in tunnel construction area, this paper divides them into four types of engineering geological rock formation: tectonic rock formation, clastic rock formation, metamorphic rock formation and magmatic formation rock formation, which are divided into four types: tectonic rock formation, clastic formation rock formation, metamorphic rock formation and magmatic formation rock formation. According to stratigraphic lithology, structural plane characteristics and rock mechanics parameters, the tunnel surrounding rock is divided into four kinds of rock mass structures: block, stratiform, cataclysmic and scattered rock mass, and the comprehensive classification of tunnel surrounding rock is carried out. A distance discriminant analysis model is established by adopting the classification method of surrounding rock in tunnel based on distance discriminant analysis. Five parameters, including rock quality index, integrity index, saturated uniaxial compressive strength, elastic resistance coefficient and groundwater condition, are selected to establish the distance discriminant analysis model. Through the work of geological survey, core drilling and indoor rock block test, the test data are converted into engineering rock mass mechanics parameters of tunnel surrounding rock by comprehensive evaluation method, and based on the Hoek-Brown failure criterion, the results of classification and discriminant analysis of surrounding rock are obtained. The rock mass mechanics parameters are inversely calculated by the method of rock mass wave velocity test, and the calculated values of compressive strength, tensile strength, shear strength and deformation modulus of surrounding rock mass of tunnel are obtained, and the dynamic excavation process of tunnel is simulated by ABAQUS finite element analysis software. The characteristics of stress field, displacement field and plastic zone after excavation of tunnel surrounding rock of different levels are analyzed and studied, and the supporting countermeasures of surrounding rock of highway tunnel based on rock mass structure characteristics are put forward.
