天津港南疆港区道路工程设计及稳定计算

【摘要】:天津南疆港区以发展煤炭、石油和矿石等大宗散货的运输为主,,并具有发展大宗能源、原材料等专项物流服务功能,集中发展大中型专业化散货泊位,使之成为我国北方重要的能源、原材料中转基地,并同步发展海洋石油基地、工作船基地和船舶修造基地。总之,随着天津市社会经济的发展,人们加快了对海洋的开发利用,天津港工程建设的重要性日益突出,公路交通以其自身的优越性在港口陆路交通中发挥了举足轻重的作用。而南疆港区目前只有一条连接“陆-岛”的通道即南疆公路一桥,年通过能力远远不能满足实际生产的需要。根据南疆规划,南疆港区内部以铁路为界将形成南北两条贯穿港区的东西向主干道,北部主干道为现状的南港路,双向六车道,与现状南疆公路桥连接。本文以天津港南疆港区南港东路的公路改造工程作为工程实例,设计道路改造方案,解决道路改造中遇到的瓶颈和难题。 首先,介绍了南港东路的道路情况和自然地理条件。 其次,本文根据南港东路改造工程的工程范围,确定工程规模和是否分期修建计划。结合南疆港区发展状况和港区规划路网图,预测工程竣工后的交通流量。根据南疆码头的长期规划,确定改造工程交叉处理的方案。 再次,结合沿线地形、地貌、水文、通航、地质等自然条件以及城镇发展规划工程设计,通过我们掌握的道路的地形地貌状况和本工程的工程地质材料确定道路的平面及纵、横断面的设计,路基、路面结构的设计和道路配套设施的设计。 最后由于本区海岸带的滩涂及浅海地处渤海湾西北部,海河和蓟运河的尾闾,受海浪和河流交汇作用,本文还将对公路工程北围埝路段的稳定核算做针对性介绍,主要研究围埝的稳定性核算和提高围埝稳定性的方案。 本项目的实施必将极大地改善南疆港道路网络的交通条件,扩大道路网的覆盖范围和发展空间,必将使道路网络发展到一个全新的水平,极大地促进南疆港的发展。
[Abstract]:In order to develop the bulk bulk cargo transportation, such as coal, oil and ore, the Tianjin Nanjiang port has the function of developing large amount of energy, raw materials and other special logistics service functions, concentrating on the development of large and medium-sized specialized bulk berths, making it an important source of energy in the north of China, the base of raw materials, and the development of the base of the marine oil and the base of the work ship. In short, with the development of the social and economic development of Tianjin, people have accelerated the development and utilization of the sea, and the importance of the construction of Tianjin port is becoming more and more important. The road traffic plays an important role in the land road traffic with its own superiority. The channel is a bridge of South Xinjiang road, which can not meet the needs of actual production. According to the plan of Southern Xinjiang, the South Xinjiang port will form two East and South East and South East and South East Road, the northern main trunk road is the present Nankang Road, the two way six lane is connected with the current South Xinjiang road bridge. This article is in the southern Xinjiang of Tianjin port The highway reconstruction project of Nankang East Road in the port area is taken as an engineering example to design a road reconstruction plan to solve the bottlenecks and difficulties encountered in road reconstruction.
First of all, the road conditions and natural geographical conditions of Nangang East Road are introduced.
Secondly, according to the project scope of the Nangang East Road reconstruction project, the scale of the project and the planned construction plan are determined. The traffic flow after the completion of the project is predicted based on the development status of the southern Xinjiang port area and the planning road network map of the port area. According to the long-term planning of the Nanjiang dock, the scheme of the transformation of the transformation process is determined.
Thirdly, combining the natural conditions along the terrain, geomorphology, hydrology, navigation, geology and other natural conditions as well as the design of urban development planning, the design of the road surface and longitudinal and longitudinal sections, the design of the subgrade, the pavement structure and the design of the supporting facilities of the road are determined through the terrain and geomorphology of the road and the engineering geological materials we have mastered.
Finally, due to the beach of the coastal zone and the shallow sea in the northwest of Bohai Bay, the end of the Haihe River and the thistle canal and the intersection of sea waves and rivers, the stability accounting of the North cofferdam section of the highway project is also introduced in this paper. The calculation of the stability of the cofferdam and the scheme for raising the stability of the cofferdam are mainly studied.
The implementation of this project will greatly improve the traffic conditions of the road network in Nanjiang port, expand the coverage and development space of the road network, and will make the road network develop to a new level and greatly promote the development of the southern Xinjiang port.
