ACMP温拌改性沥青工程应用技术研究

【摘要】:现有的沥青温拌技术虽可以适当的降低沥青路面施工温度,但其混合料拌和温度仍然偏高,因此在温拌降温技术开发方面还有比较大的空间。通过对南通市某段试验路性质的市政道路进行抽样检测,结果表明压实度、平整度、渗水系数等参数均符合设计要求,截止目前没有车辙现象产生。与热拌沥青相比,ACMP温拌改性剂可使沥青混合料拌和温度降至90~110℃,实现低温拌和、摊铺和碾压。采用ACMP温拌改性沥青工程造价比热拌料要节约将近7%,燃料损耗节约至少三分之一,CO_2减排一半以上,具有广泛的推广应用前景。
[Abstract]:Although the existing asphalt warm mixing technology can properly reduce the construction temperature of asphalt pavement, the mixture mixing temperature is still high, so there is still a large space in the development of warm mixing and cooling technology. By sampling and testing the nature of a certain test road in Nantong City, the results show that the parameters of compaction, smoothness and seepage coefficient are all in line with the design requirements, and no rutting has occurred up to now.
