基于多体动力学的铁路斜拉桥车—桥耦合分析及疲劳损伤评估

【摘要】:摘要:随着高速铁路的发展,列车速度和轴重不断增加,车桥耦合作用下列车行车舒适性、安全性以及桥梁使用性能受到严重影响,对车桥耦合振动仿真分析具有重要的意义。本文依托国家自然科学基金项目(51178471,51322808),总结了车桥耦合分析理论和分析方法,避开编制程序的繁琐过程,采用多体动力学软件SIMPACK和有限元软件ANSYS联合仿真的方法,实现了车桥耦合仿真分析。主要工作如下: 1.以SIMPACK为背景,详细介绍了软件中分析采用的各种车桥耦合理论。包括:采用拉格朗日法建立车桥动力学方程、模态振型叠加法建立桥梁动力学方程、数值方法处理轮轨接触几何关系、Kalker简化理论—-FASTSIM处理轮轨蠕滑力、Hertz理论处理轮轨法向力和功率谱描述轨道不平顺。 2.以郁江双线铁路钢桁梁斜拉桥为工程背景,在SIMPACK中实现车桥耦合仿真分析。计算了各种工况下车桥耦合时变系统动力响应,包括:不同车速单线行车、不同速度双线行车、德国高低不平顺轨道谱、各种桥梁阻尼系数等。得出:车速、轨道谱主要影响列车动力响应;双线行车对桥梁响应影响很大;增加桥梁阻尼可减小桥梁动力响应,对桥梁是有利的;该桥行车各指标均满足规范要求。 3.将SIMPACK中车桥耦合分析轮轨力导入ANSYS中,计算各构件应力时程,然后采用雨流法进行应力幅计数,疲劳损伤理论对疲劳损伤进行评估,得出:在设计使用年限内,车致振动不至造成桥梁疲劳破坏。
[Abstract]:Abstract : With the development of the high - speed railway , the train speed and the axle load increase continuously , the train running comfort , safety and the bridge use performance are seriously affected by the coupling effect of the axle and bridge , the coupling analysis theory and the analysis method are summarized , and the coupling simulation analysis of the axle is realized by using the joint simulation method of the multi - body dynamics software SIMPACK and the finite element software ANSYS . The main work is as follows :

1 . Taking SIMPACK as the background , the coupling theory of various axles used in software is introduced in detail . The dynamic equation of bridge is established by means of Lagrange method . The dynamic equation of bridge is established by mode vibration superposition method . The numerical method deals with wheel - rail contact geometry , Kalker simplifies the theory - FASTSIM to deal with wheel - rail creep force , Hertz ' s theoretical treatment of wheel - rail normal force and power spectrum describes the track irregularity .

2 . In this paper , the dynamic response of vehicle axle coupling time - varying system is calculated in SIMPACK by using the cable - stayed bridge of the Yujiang double - wire railway steel truss girder as the engineering background . The dynamic response of the coupling time - varying system of the bridge coupling in various working conditions is calculated .
The double - wire travelling crane has great influence on the bridge response ;
Increasing the damping of the bridge can reduce the dynamic response of the bridge , which is beneficial to the bridge ;
All indexes of the bridge crane meet the requirements of specifications .

3 . The train axle coupling analysis wheel track force in SIMPACK is introduced into ANSYS , the stress time course of each component is calculated , then the stress amplitude counting and the fatigue damage theory are used to evaluate the fatigue damage .
