三跨双向斜坡曲线梁桥的支座更换技术

【摘要】:九十年代以来,预应力混凝土桥梁在当今城市道路建设过程中应用日益广泛。在桥梁的常规检查中发现多数桥梁支座因质量问题、施工问题,导致发生很多产品损坏、异常移位等问题。因此,支座更换称成为了桥梁修复的重要的工作。三跨双向斜坡曲线梁桥结构复杂、设计和施工控制难,支座破坏引起的原因也就复杂。 本论文以绍兴城东某跨湖大桥16#—19#段曲梁支座破损为研究对象,首先,对曲梁支座破坏的病害进行了分析,制定了桥梁整体同步顶升方案,并通过有限元对顶升安全进行了验算。其次,深入研究对本曲线梁桥支座破坏影响较大的位移偏移因素,经过分析曲线梁桥梁体发生偏移的原因,比较曲线梁桥偏移处治方法,制定了曲线梁桥纠偏修复的设计方案。 最后,提出了本曲线梁桥同步顶升—曲梁纠偏—更换支座的修复实践方案。结合本桥梁的工程难点,制定实施细则,并完成监控数据分析。
[Abstract]:Since 1990's, prestressed concrete bridges have been widely used in urban road construction. In the routine inspection of bridges, it is found that most of the bridge supports are caused by quality problems and construction problems, resulting in a lot of product damage, abnormal displacement and so on. Therefore, the replacement of bearings is said to be an important work of bridge repair. The structure of three-span bidirectional slope curved girder bridge is complex, the design and construction control is difficult, and the reason of bearing failure is also complicated. This paper takes the breakage of curved beam support of 16#-19# section of Shaoxing Chengdong Lake Bridge as the research object. Firstly, the damage of curved beam support is analyzed, and the whole synchronous lifting scheme of the bridge is established. The safety of jacking is checked by finite element method. Secondly, the displacement and migration factors which have great influence on the failure of the curved beam bridge support are deeply studied. After analyzing the reason of the curve beam bridge beam body migration, comparing the curve beam bridge offset treatment method, the design scheme of the curve beam bridge deviation correction and repair is established. Finally, the paper puts forward a practical scheme of synchronously lifting-correcting curved beam and replacing support of this curved girder bridge. According to the difficulties of the bridge, the detailed rules are worked out and the monitoring data are analyzed.
