粘锚钢横梁法加固空心板后评价体系研究

【摘要】:近几十年来,我国桥梁事业取得高速发展,其中空心板桥数量占据较大比重。由于设计不合理、施工工艺缺陷以及桥梁运营期间管理不善、气候恶劣等因素作用,空心板桥出现了不同程度的病害及损伤。对危旧空心板桥进行加固维修,以恢复或提高其承载能力和通行能力,保证其正常运营,延长其使用寿命高是非常有必要的。构建出一套科学、完整的评估体系,针对加固后空心板桥技术状况进行全面评价已越来越多的引起相关专家学者的关注。 本文针对课题组提出的粘锚钢横梁法空心板加固技术这一颇具应用前景的加固方法对空心板加固后评价展开以下研究。 首先,在分析空心板铰铰缝构造形式以及病害特征、研究铰缝破坏机理及空心板其他病害成因的基础之上,探讨总结了粘锚钢横梁法空心板加固技术的原理、方法及特点。 其次,阐述了灰色聚类理论的基本概念、研究发展情况以及应用现状,介绍了灰色关联聚类法以及灰色白化权聚类法两种灰色聚类评价理论中主要评价方法的基本定义和计算方法,结合德尔菲专家评分法,在项目后评价成功度法的基础上提出了粘锚钢横梁法空心板加固成功度后评价法。 再次,,将以上理论、方法作为支撑,展开粘锚钢横梁加固空心板后评价体系指标模型构建的研究。通过理论分析、借鉴既有规范以及相关专家经验,分别从安全性、耐久性、动力适用性以及经济性四个角度提出并研究了加固后评价相关指标模型,并给出了粘锚钢横梁法加固空心板成功度模型评价步骤。再分别对各指标计算方法及灰类划分标准进行研究分析,成功建立起了一套粘锚钢横梁法空心板桥加固后指标评价体系。 最后,基于以上分析,结合粘锚钢横梁法加固实际空心板实例,通过有限元模型计算、数值模拟、以及相关专家评分,得出模拟加固前后数据,并严格按照评价模型计算步骤对粘锚钢横梁法加固空心板后评价体系进行了应用示范。 论文的研究对客观科学评价空心板桥加固后综合状态提供了理论依据以及应用指导,有利于不断提高决策、设计、施工、管理水平,具有较强的实用价值和广阔的应用前景。
[Abstract]:In recent decades, China's bridge industry has made rapid development, in which the number of hollow slab bridge accounts for a large proportion. Due to unreasonable design, defects of construction technology, poor management of bridges during operation and bad weather, the hollow slab bridges have been damaged and damaged to different degrees. It is necessary to reinforce and maintain the old hollow slab bridge in order to restore or improve its carrying capacity and traffic capacity, to ensure its normal operation and to prolong its service life. A set of scientific and complete evaluation system has been set up to evaluate the technical condition of reinforced hollow slab bridge which has attracted more and more attention of relevant experts and scholars. In this paper, the following research is carried out on the post-reinforcement evaluation of hollow slabs, which is a promising reinforcement method proposed by the research group. Firstly, on the basis of analyzing the structural form and disease characteristics of hinged joints of hollow slabs, studying the failure mechanism of hinged joints and the causes of other diseases of hollow slabs, the principle, method and characteristics of hollow slabs reinforced with steel beams with sticking anchor are discussed. Secondly, the basic concept of grey clustering theory, the development of research and the current situation of its application are expounded. This paper introduces the basic definitions and calculation methods of the main evaluation methods in grey correlation clustering and grey whitening weight clustering, combined with Delphi expert scoring method. Based on the method of project post-evaluation success, the method of post-evaluation of the degree of success in reinforcement of hollow slabs with viscous anchor steel beams is put forward. Thirdly, taking the above theory and method as the support, the research on the index model of the evaluation system after reinforcing hollow slabs with steel beams is carried out. Through theoretical analysis and drawing lessons from the existing norms and relevant expert experience, this paper puts forward and studies the relevant index model of post-reinforcement evaluation from the aspects of safety, durability, dynamic applicability and economy, respectively. The evaluation steps of success model for reinforcing hollow slabs with steel beams with stick anchor are given. Then the calculation methods of each index and the standard of ash classification are studied and analyzed respectively, and a set of evaluation system of index after reinforcement of hollow slab bridge with viscous anchor steel beam method is established successfully. Finally, based on the above analysis, combined with the practical example of reinforcing hollow slabs by the method of viscous anchor steel crossbeam, through the finite element model calculation, numerical simulation, and relevant expert score, the data before and after the simulation reinforcement are obtained. The application demonstration of the post-evaluation system for reinforcing hollow slabs with the method of viscous anchor steel crossbeam is demonstrated strictly according to the calculation steps of the evaluation model. The research in this paper provides theoretical basis and application guidance for objective and scientific evaluation of comprehensive state of hollow slab bridge after reinforcement. It is beneficial to continuously improve the level of decision, design, construction and management, and has strong practical value and broad application prospect.
