多等级纯电动公交充电站选址问题研究

【摘要】:纯电动公交车作为一种主流的新能源公共交通工具,越来越受到人们的关注,是未来城市公交车的发展趋势。充电站是发展纯电动公交车所需配备的重要基础设施,为车辆的运行提供能源补给服务。目前充电设施建设的滞后已经成为制约纯电动公交车发展的瓶颈。对于充电站的建设,前期的选址和建设规模的确定将直接影响到充电站的运营效益、服务质量及服务的便利性等,需要用科学的方法进行决策。 本文结合纯电动公交充电站的发展现状和车辆的运营特点,根据充电站规划建设中出现的实际问题,系统地研究了纯电动公交充电站的选址问题。 论文首先通过分析不同充电模式的适用性以及公交车的运行特点,确定了纯电动公交充电站的建设模式。 其次,论文分析了影响充电站建设规模的各种因素,在确定了纯电动公交车运营模式的基础上,根据充电站可能存在的运行模式,建立了单线路和多线路运行条件下充电站核心参数的计算模型。并根据充电站建设等级的划分方式及核心参数配置情况,进一步研究了充电站建设等级的确定方法。 进而,根据纯电动公交充电站选址的特点,在借鉴已有研究成果的基础上提出纯电动公交充电站选址的方法体系。从定性分析的角度,根据充电站选址的原则以及充电站建设的要求,初步判定可建设纯电动公交充电站的候选站址;从定量分析的角度,基于目标规划思想,建立了使得规划期内充电站的年均总成本最小的多等级充电站选址模型,并使用禁忌搜索算法对该模型进行求解,模型可同时确定充电站的建设位置和建设等级,以及充电站为哪些纯电动公交线路提供服务。 最后,论文以北京市某一典型区域为例,对区域内纯电动公交充电站的选址进行研究,并分析了技术条件变化的情况对充电站选址的影响。
[Abstract]:As a mainstream new energy public transport vehicle, pure electric bus attracts more and more attention and is the development trend of urban bus in the future. Charging station is an important infrastructure for the development of pure electric bus, which provides energy supply service for vehicle operation. At present, the lag of charging facilities has become a bottleneck restricting the development of pure electric buses. For the construction of charging station, the site selection and the determination of construction scale will directly affect the operation benefit, service quality and convenience of the charging station, so it is necessary to make a scientific decision. According to the actual problems in the planning and construction of the charging station, this paper systematically studies the location of the charging station of the pure electric public transport system according to the development status of the charging station and the operation characteristics of the vehicle. Firstly, by analyzing the applicability of different charging modes and the operation characteristics of buses, the paper determines the construction mode of pure electric bus charging station. Secondly, the paper analyzes the various factors that affect the scale of charging station construction, on the basis of determining the operation mode of pure electric bus, according to the possible operation mode of charging station, The calculation model of the core parameters of charging station under the condition of single line and multi-line operation is established. According to the classification of construction grade of charging station and the configuration of core parameters, the determination method of construction grade of charging station is further studied. Then, according to the characteristics of the location of the pure electric bus charging station, the method system of the location of the pure electric bus charging station is put forward on the basis of reference of the existing research results. From the angle of qualitative analysis, according to the principle of location of charging station and the requirement of charging station construction, the author preliminarily determines the candidate site of charging station of pure electric bus, from the angle of quantitative analysis, based on the idea of goal planning, A multi-grade charging station location model with minimum annual total annual cost during the planning period is established, and the Tabu search algorithm is used to solve the model. The model can simultaneously determine the construction location and construction grade of the charging station. And charging stations for which pure electric bus lines to provide services. Finally, taking a typical area of Beijing as an example, this paper studies the location of the charging station of pure electric bus in the region, and analyzes the influence of the change of technical conditions on the location of charging station.
