包茂高速(粤境段)软土路基稳定性分析

【摘要】:包茂至茂名国家高速公路(G65)是国家高速公路网的第7条纵线,是连接我国华北、西北、西南的纵向大动脉。其中广东省境内路线长122.3公里,预计于2016年全部建设完工,届时将成为广东、广西及内陆省份的重要出海通道之一。包茂高速粤境段工程沿线河流沟渠众多,还有大量的山间洼地和水田,其特殊性岩土主要为溺谷相软土和过湿土,约占线路长度的11%。《公路路基设计规范》(JTGD30-2004)中规定软土地基上公路路基(下称“软土路基”)的设计包括沉降计算、稳定验算及相应的处治方法设计。本文将根据包茂高速粤境段工程的具体情况,选取有代表性的软土路基,采用不同的方法来计算其沉降值和稳定性安全系数。经分析比较,选择出适合本工程的计算理论和方法,提出本工程中溺谷相软土路基的处治原则和措施,保障路堤施工和运营期间的安全与稳定,同时为广东同类型地区的高速公路设计与施工提供借鉴和参考。 本文主要完成了如下工作: ①阐述并对比了两种分层总和法的计算理论,对包茂高速粤境段工程四段典型的溺谷相软土路基进行沉降计算。比较分析二者所得结果,得出规范法更适合本工程的沉降计算,并分析了影响本工程路基沉降的六大因素。 ②利用Bishop法和Janbu法两种极限平衡法对选取的四段路堤的稳定性进行计算与分析,所求得的稳定性系数均小于《公路路基设计规范》的规定值,需对软土地基进行处理。相比之下Janbu法更适合本工程稳定性分析。 ③采用VC++6.0修改FLAC3D软件自带的Mohr-Coulomb本构模型的头文件和源文件,本文开发出Duncan-Chang E-B非线性弹性本构模型,经过模拟三轴试验证实其是可用的。选取本工程中的一处路基横断面,利用Duncan-Chang E-B本构模型对其进行数值模拟分析。得出路基的剪切应变增量云图、速度矢量图和竖向位移云图,求得沉降值和稳定性系数与传统方法相比较为接近,但精度更高,具有重要的实践意义。 ④探讨包茂高速粤境段工程溺谷相软土路基处治原则,提出经济有效的处治方案,对各方案的施工要点进行详细说明。将全线溺谷相软土按不同工况分类归纳,根据处治原则,匹配上合适的处治方案。
[Abstract]:Baomao to Maoming National Expressway (G65) is the 7th vertical line of the national highway network, which is the longitudinal artery connecting north and southwest of China. The 122.3 km route, which is expected to be completed in 2016, will become one of the major sea lanes in Guangdong, Guangxi and inland provinces. There are many rivers and ditches along the Baomao Expressway Project in Guangdong Province, as well as a large number of intermountain depressions and paddy fields. The Design Code for Highway subgrade (JTGD30-2004) stipulates that the design of highway subgrade on soft soil foundation (hereinafter referred to as "soft soil roadbed") includes settlement calculation, stability checking calculation and corresponding treatment method design. In this paper, according to the concrete situation of Baomao Expressway Guangdong Section, the representative soft soil subgrade is selected and the settlement value and stability safety factor are calculated by different methods. Through analysis and comparison, the calculation theory and method suitable for this project are selected, and the principles and measures of treating soft soil subgrade of drowning valley in this project are put forward to ensure the safety and stability of embankment during construction and operation. At the same time, for the same type of Guangdong highway design and construction to provide reference and reference. The main work of this paper is as follows: 1. The calculation theory of two kinds of stratified summation method is expounded and compared, and the settlement calculation of the typical subgrade of drowning valley phase soft soil in the four sections of Baomao high speed Guangdong boundary section project is carried out. By comparing and analyzing the results obtained from the two methods, it is concluded that the code method is more suitable for the settlement calculation of the project. Six factors affecting the subgrade settlement of the project are analyzed. (2) the stability of the selected four-section embankment is calculated and analyzed by using two limit equilibrium methods, Bishop method and Janbu method. The obtained stability coefficient is less than the specified value of the highway roadbed design code, so the soft soil foundation needs to be treated. Compared with the Janbu method, the Janbu method is more suitable for the stability analysis of the project. (3) using VC 6.0 to modify the header files and source files of the Mohr-Coulomb constitutive model with FLAC3D software, the Duncan-Chang E-B nonlinear elastic constitutive model is developed in this paper. It is proved that it is feasible by simulating triaxial test. The Duncan-Chang E-B constitutive model is used to simulate a subgrade cross section in this project. The shear strain increment cloud map, velocity vector diagram and vertical displacement cloud map of subgrade are obtained. The settlement value and stability coefficient are close to those of traditional method, but the accuracy is higher. It is of great practical significance. (4) discuss the principle of treating soft soil subgrade of drowning valley phase in Baomao high speed Guangdong section project, put forward the economic and effective treatment plan, and explain the construction key points of each scheme in detail. The soft soil is classified according to different working conditions, and the appropriate treatment scheme is matched according to the principle of treatment.
