独柱墩梁桥的抗倾覆分析及加固对策研究

【摘要】:在过去,独柱墩梁桥凭借其自身的很多优点是高速公路互通匝道桥和城市高架、立交桥建设方案的不二选择。但是,由于设计理论不足,近几年各地相继出现了多起独柱墩梁桥梁体的整体侧翻倾覆事故。目前,全国多个省市已逐渐开展了独柱墩桥梁抗倾覆稳定性的排查工作,并对需要维修加固的桥梁进行了处置。在这种背景下,进行独柱墩梁桥的抗倾覆分析及加固对策研究具有较强的工程实用价值。 本论文以京港澳高速公路某段线路独柱墩梁桥检测项目为依托,对独柱墩梁桥的抗倾覆稳定性能及加固对策进行了分析研究。 1.通过改变桥梁平曲线曲率半径、单支座预偏心以及双支座的支座间距来分析统计并归纳这些因素对独柱墩梁桥的抗倾覆稳定性的影响。研究发现,独柱墩直线梁桥和曲率半径较大的弯梁桥容易发生支座脱空甚至结构倾覆事故;设置合理的单支座偏心距和双支座支座间距对提高桥梁结构抗倾覆稳定性非常有利;另外,独柱墩梁桥在严重超载的情况下,桥梁出现支座脱空甚至上部结构倾覆破坏的可能性会大大增加。 2.通过对支座脱空的模拟,,发现支座脱空对主梁内力影响较大。支座脱空后,主梁截面的弯矩均有不同程度的增大,并且主梁各跨跨中截面的内力增大幅度要远远大于支点截面。另外,支座脱空后,同一支点处支反力会重新分布。当某一支座脱空时,其同排相邻的支座反力会迅速增大。 3.选取两座独柱墩梁桥,分别采用增设盖梁法和增设墩柱法对其进行抗倾覆加固分析。分析发现,新加盖梁可以在独柱墩的一侧加设,也可以在两侧对称加设;加设盖梁后对桥下交通的影响较小,但是对原独柱墩的抗力性能要求较高。当原独柱墩的承载能力富余度较小时可以采用在独柱墩两侧加设墩柱的方式进行加固。具体采用哪种加固方式,要结合桥梁的受力特征以及经济合理性等多方面综合考虑,选择一种最优方案。
[Abstract]:In the past, the bridge with single column piers had many advantages, such as highway interchange ramp bridge, urban viaduct and overpass. However, due to the lack of design theory, there have been many single column pier bridge overturning accidents in recent years. At present, many provinces and cities in China have gradually carried out the investigation of anti-overturning stability of single-column pier bridges, and disposed of the bridges that need maintenance and reinforcement. Under this background, it is of great practical value to analyze the overturning resistance of single column pier girder bridge and to study the reinforcement countermeasures. Based on the inspection project of single pier girder bridge on a section of Beijing-HongKong-Macao Expressway, this paper analyzes the overturning stability performance and reinforcement countermeasures of single-column pier girder bridge. By changing the curvature radius of the plane curve of the bridge, the pre-eccentricity of the single support and the support spacing of the double supports, the effects of these factors on the overturning stability of the bridge with single column pier are analyzed and summarized. It is found that the bridge with single column piers and curved beam bridges with large curvature radius is prone to the breakage of support and even overturn of the structure, and the setting of reasonable eccentricity of single support and the distance between two supports is very beneficial to improve the stability of the bridge against overturning. In addition, under the condition of serious overloading, the possibility of bridge bearing detachment or overturning damage of superstructure will increase greatly. Through the simulation of the support void, it is found that the bearing void has a great influence on the internal force of the main beam. After the support is removed the bending moment of the main beam section increases to some extent and the increasing amplitude of the internal force of the middle section of each span of the main beam is much larger than that of the fulcrum section. In addition, the support reaction at the same fulcrum will be redistributed after the support is emptied. When a bearing is empty, the reaction force of the bearing adjacent to the same row will increase rapidly. Two single column pier girder bridges are selected, and the capping method and the additional pier column method are used to analyze the overturning and strengthening respectively. It is found that the new capped beam can be installed on one side of the single column pier or symmetrically on both sides, and the influence of the cover beam on the traffic under the bridge is small, but the resistance performance of the original single column pier is higher. When the bearing capacity of the original single column pier is small, it can be strengthened by adding pier column on both sides of the single column pier. It is necessary to choose an optimal scheme by considering the bearing characteristics of the bridge and the economic rationality of the bridge.
