沥青混凝土桥面铺装层温度场分布特征试验研究

【摘要】:处于自然环境中的桥面铺装层在桥面板的受力、桥梁的耐久性、行车的舒适性等方面都起着重要的作用,铺装层的温度随大气温度的不断变化而变化,特别是对于寒冷及大温差地区,温度变化将会在桥面铺装层中产生较大的拉应力,致使铺装层开裂。为了减少由于温度作用对桥面铺装层的损害,使其具有更好的使用性能,对铺装层的温度场进行研究分析已经成为一项重要的科研内容。本文采用现场实测和缩尺模型试验测试的方法对混凝土简支梁桥沥青混凝土铺装层温度场进行了研究,并利用有限元软件对温度场进行了模拟,通过实测与数值模拟结果的对比分析结果表明:以气象数据为基础,利用ABAQUA有限元软件建模的方法可以较准确的模拟桥面铺装层温度场的变化过程,有限元计算结果与实测结果符合良好。
[Abstract]:The bridge deck pavement in the natural environment plays an important role in the stress of the bridge deck, the durability of the bridge, the comfort of driving, and so on. The temperature of the pavement changes with the change of atmospheric temperature. Especially for the cold and large temperature difference regions, the temperature variation will produce a large tensile stress in the bridge deck pavement, which will lead to the cracking of the pavement. In order to reduce the damage of bridge deck pavement due to the effect of temperature and make it have better performance, it has become an important scientific research content to study and analyze the temperature field of pavement. In this paper, the temperature field of asphalt concrete pavement of simply supported concrete bridge is studied by the method of field measurement and scale model test, and the temperature field is simulated by finite element software. The comparison and analysis of measured and numerical simulation results show that based on meteorological data, the change process of temperature field of bridge deck pavement can be simulated more accurately by using ABAQUA finite element software modeling method. The results of finite element calculation are in good agreement with the measured results.
