矿料级配对温拌橡胶沥青混合料性能的影响

【摘要】:为了研究不同矿料级配对温拌橡胶沥青混合料性能的影响规律,通过对SMA中各粒径集料含量进行调整,选择5种具有代表性级配对比AC级配进行大量室内试验,分析不同级配对温拌橡胶沥青混合料体积指标及路用性能影响。试验结果表明,达到相同性能指标时,温拌橡胶沥青混合料击实温度较热拌橡胶沥青混合料可降低30℃左右,不同级配混合料对马歇尔体积指标有较大的影响。为满足形成SMA结构条件,要求关键筛孔通过率不能超过28.2%,采用SMA间断级配温拌橡胶沥青混合料较AC连续级配具有更好的高、低温稳定性能和水稳定性能,并且在SMA结构类型中适当增加粗集料含量对混合料性能有较大的改善。建议选择较粗间断级配作为温拌橡胶沥青混合料设计级配。
[Abstract]:In order to study the effect of different gradation of mineral aggregate on the performance of warm rubber asphalt mixture, through adjusting the aggregate content of each particle size in SMA, five kinds of representative gradation were selected to compare with AC gradation to carry out a lot of laboratory tests. The influence of different grades on volume index and road performance of warm rubber asphalt mixture is analyzed. The test results show that the compaction temperature of warm rubber asphalt mixture can be reduced by about 30 鈩,
