废弃打(复)印机粉末改性沥青制备及性能研究

【摘要】:为了适应交通发展需要和改善沥青路面服务质量,添加添加剂对沥青材料进行改性是提高沥青材料的路用性能的有效途径。针对目前国内外各种改性剂的应用现状,提出将打印机废弃粉末即碳粉作为改性剂。通过试验研究,与基质沥青的性能进行对比分析,评价了碳粉改性沥青的路用性能,同时对碳粉改性沥青的作用机理进行了相关研究,为其在沥青路面中的应用以及推广提供了理论依据。本文在借鉴国内外改性沥青相关研究的基础上,通过理论与试验相结合的方法对碳粉改性沥青进行了系统的研究,首先对不同碳粉添加量的改性沥青进行了常规指标试验,如软化点、针入度、延度试验、离析、60℃动力黏度等性能指标,并将碳粉改性沥青与70#基质沥青所对应的常规指标进行对比,研究分析碳粉对高温性能、低温性能以及感温性能的影响。并在此基础上进行不同碳粉添加量的改性沥青进行PG性能等级分级试验。在基质沥青改性研究的基础上,对碳粉改性沥青进行了混合料相关性能试验,级配采用AC-210,通过马歇尔试验确定了最佳油石比,分别拌制了普通沥青混合料与碳粉改性沥青混合料。对沥青混合料的水稳定性、高温稳定性及低温抗裂性能进行室内试验研究,研究对比了沥青混凝土的马歇尔稳定度、流值、浸水马歇尔稳定度、冻融劈裂强度比、动稳定度、低温破坏强度、最大弯拉应变、低温劈裂劲度模量等参数,对不同碳粉添加量的沥青混合料路用性能指标进行了全面的试验研究。最后得出结论,10%碳粉添加量可以提高基质沥青的高温性能而不影响其低温性能,通过混合料的试验,得出碳粉可以提高沥青混合料的高温性能,水稳定性能。最后根据本文对试验结果的分析,对10%添加量碳粉改性沥青进行技术经济分析,得出掺加碳粉改性剂后的沥青具有很明显的社会经济效益,推广其使用价值具有很大意义。
