典型沥青路面罩面施工工艺及质量管理

【摘要】:我国以高速公路为主骨架的公路网已基本建成,与此同时,高速公路养护任务日趋繁重。沥青路面是我国高速路面结构主要形式,是高速公路养护工作中的重点对象。沥青路面性能综合评价是科学选取养护措施的关键,模糊聚类方法为路面性能综合评价提供了便捷的工具。本文以厦蓉高速成渝段罩面养护工程实例,运用模糊聚类方法中的灰色聚类法对沥青路面检测指标进行评价,采用路面状况指数、行驶质量指数、路面结构强度指数、抗滑性能指数以及车辙指标作为灰色聚类的评价指标。检测数据进行了环境因素修正及无量纲化处理,通过确定白化权函数的特征值,结合规范分级标准进行评价。根据评价结果分析,在拟实施养护维修的路段中,把沥青路面预防性养护中的薄层罩面和沥青路面加铺维修前的病害处治相结合的方案是合适的,同时研究这种典型沥青路面罩面施工工艺及质量管理。包括罩面施工的材料指标控制和配合比设计,罩面施工的组织管理和质量控制。通过工程实例的研究,找出对高速公路的养护工作选择最优方案的方法,探讨最优方案的实施过程,力图降低高速公路养护成本,提升养护管理水平,改善路面使用状况,延长路面使用寿命,使高速公路发挥更大的社会效益和经济效益。
[Abstract]:The highway network with expressway as the main skeleton has been built basically, at the same time, the maintenance task of expressway is becoming more and more heavy. Asphalt pavement is the main form of high-speed pavement structure in China and the key object of highway maintenance. Comprehensive evaluation of asphalt pavement performance is the key to scientific selection of maintenance measures. Fuzzy clustering method provides a convenient tool for comprehensive evaluation of pavement performance. In this paper, with the example of overlay maintenance engineering in Xia-Rong Expressway Chengdu-Chongqing section, the grey clustering method of fuzzy clustering method is used to evaluate the asphalt pavement detection index, and the pavement condition index, driving quality index and pavement structure strength index are adopted. Anti-skid performance index and rutting index are used as evaluation indexes of grey clustering. The environmental factors were modified and dimensionless, and the whitening weight function was evaluated by determining the characteristic value of the whitening function. According to the analysis of the evaluation results, it is appropriate to combine the thin layer covering in the preventive maintenance of the asphalt pavement with the treatment of the disease before the overlay and maintenance of the asphalt pavement in the road sections to be maintained and maintained. At the same time, the construction technology and quality management of the typical asphalt pavement overlay are studied. It includes material index control and mix ratio design of overlay construction, organization management and quality control of overlay construction. Through the study of engineering examples, this paper finds out the method of selecting the optimal scheme for expressway maintenance, probes into the implementation process of the optimal scheme, and tries hard to reduce the maintenance cost of expressway, improve the maintenance management level and improve the pavement usage. Extend the pavement service life, make the expressway play greater social and economic benefits.
