基于代理模型的桥梁随机有限元模型修正算法研究

【摘要】:虽然桥梁结构健康监测系统的运行积累了海量结构响应监测数据,但是,如何利用这些数据建立健康状态下桥梁结构有限元模型仍是一个具有挑战性的课题。这是由于,一方面,桥梁结构动力特性随环境因素的改变而变化;另一方面,桥梁结构监测数据不可避免的受到噪声的干扰,从而导致实际桥梁结构的监测模态参数具有一定的不确定性。因此,针对如何利用海量监测数据建立桥梁结构基准有限元模型问题,本文提出了基于代理模型的桥梁结构随机有限元模型修正算法,具体研究内容如下: 首先,比较研究了两种代理模型(Meta-model)在结构有限元模型修正中的适用条件,即响应面模型与Kriging模型,从而给出了在桥梁结构有限元模型修正中选用“代理“模型的原则与建议。 其次,提出了基于Meta-model的桥梁结构随机有限元模型修正算法,该算法利用“代理”模型得到结构模态参数与结构修正参数的确定函数关系,,通过结构模型修正参数的统计特征(均值与协方差)估计结构解析模态参数的统计特征参数,进而实现了以监测模态参数统计特征参数为目标的桥梁结构随机有限元模型修正算法。 最后,建立了东营黄河公路大桥的“代理”有限元模型,以该桥梁结构健康监测系统的监测模态参数为基础,采用所提出的基于Meta-model的桥梁随机有限元模型修正算法建立了该桥梁结构的基准有限元模型。
[Abstract]:Although the operation of the bridge structure health monitoring system has accumulated a large amount of structural response monitoring data, how to use these data to establish the bridge structure finite element model under the health condition is still a challenging topic. This is because, on the one hand, the dynamic characteristics of the bridge structure change with the change of environmental factors; on the other hand, the monitoring data of the bridge structure are inevitably disturbed by noise. Therefore, the monitoring modal parameters of the actual bridge structure are uncertain. Therefore, in order to solve the problem of how to use massive monitoring data to establish the benchmark finite element model of bridge structure, this paper proposes a modified stochastic finite element model algorithm for bridge structure based on agent model. The specific research contents are as follows: first of all, This paper compares and studies the applicable conditions of two kinds of agent models (Meta-model) in the structural finite element model modification, that is, the response surface model and the Kriging model, and gives the principles and suggestions of selecting the "agent" model in the finite element model modification of bridge structure. Secondly, a stochastic finite element model correction algorithm for bridge structure based on Meta-model is proposed, which uses "agent" model to determine the relationship between structural modal parameters and structural modification parameters. The statistical characteristic parameters of structural analytical modal parameters are estimated by modifying the statistical characteristics (mean and covariance) of structural model. Furthermore, the stochastic finite element model correction algorithm for bridge structure is realized, which aims at monitoring the statistical characteristic parameters of modal parameters. Finally, the "agent" finite element model of Dongying Yellow River Highway Bridge is established, which is based on the monitoring modal parameters of the bridge structure health monitoring system. The benchmark finite element model of the bridge structure is established by using the proposed stochastic finite element model correction algorithm based on Meta-model.
