湖南省高速公路沥青路面养护决策技术研究

【摘要】:近十年来,湖南省乃至全国的高速公路建设事业均取得了举世曙目的成绩。高速公路通车里程的急剧增加,使得高速公路路面的养护问题显得越来越重要。就湖南省而言,可以预计在“十二五”末,其高速公路事业将进入建设与养护并举,且逐步以养护为主的发展模式。然而在实际的路面养护工作中,普遍存在养护维修标准不统一、养护决策较随意、养护效益不高等现象,且始终存在养护需求与养护资金缺乏的矛盾。在这种背景下,进行高速公路路面养护决策及优化研究,对维持并不断改善路面技术状况、延长路面使用寿命及充分发挥路面养护资金的使用效益具有十分重要的意义。基于此,本文以沥青混凝土路面为对象,结合湖南省高速公路路面养护决策工作的实际,进行湖南省沥青混凝土高速公路路面养护决策技术的研究。主要研究成果如下:(1)根据面层材料、结构层组合形式及厚度的差异进行了湖南省沥青高速公路典型路面结构形式的划分,并基于对代表性沥青路段历年路面检测数据的统计分析,确定了湖南省沥青高速公路的路面损坏特征及路面使用性能变化规律。(2)通过分析湖南省高速公路现行的路面破损评价指标的缺陷,且针对该省沥青路面的损坏特点,建立了一种沥青路面破损状况评价的新方法。并基于路面养护决策的需要,建立了以沥青路面微观性能指标破损率及车辙深度为对象的时间序列预测模型。(3)紧密围绕湖南省高速公路路面养护决策工作的核心内容及问题,运用科学分分析方法与理论,建立了湖南省沥青混凝土高速公路路面中修工程资金与路面性能指数的经验关系式,有效辅助了高速公路管理部门进行规划年路网路面养护目标的决策;基于方差最大化的组合赋权理论提出了项目级路面养护目标确定方法,解决了网级路面养护目标在项目级层次的分配问题。另外,还研究了路面养护资金优化分配的解决方法,建立了用于沥青路面养护需求分析的决策树模型,并基于效果费用比排序理论提出了规划年沥青混凝土高速公路养护路段及养护对策的优化模型。
[Abstract]:In the past ten years, Hunan province and even the whole country have made great achievements in highway construction. With the rapid increase of highway mileage, the maintenance of expressway pavement becomes more and more important. As far as Hunan Province is concerned, it can be predicted that at the end of the 12th Five-Year Plan, the expressway industry will enter the development mode of construction and maintenance, and gradually focus on maintenance. However, in the actual pavement maintenance work, the maintenance standard is not uniform, the maintenance decision is random, the maintenance benefit is not high, and there is always the contradiction between the maintenance demand and the maintenance fund. Under this background, it is of great significance to carry out the decision-making and optimization of expressway pavement maintenance to maintain and continuously improve the pavement technical condition, to prolong the pavement service life and to give full play to the utilization benefit of pavement maintenance funds. Based on this, this paper takes the asphalt concrete pavement as the object, combined with the actual situation of the highway pavement maintenance decision in Hunan Province, carries on the research of the asphalt concrete highway pavement maintenance decision-making technology of Hunan Province. The main research results are as follows: (1) according to the difference of surface layer material, structural layer combination form and thickness, the typical pavement structure form of Hunan asphalt expressway is divided. And based on the statistical analysis of the pavement detection data of representative asphalt sections over the years, The pavement damage characteristics and pavement performance changes of Hunan asphalt expressway are determined. (2) through analyzing the defects of the existing pavement damage evaluation index of Hunan Province highway, and aiming at the damage characteristics of the asphalt pavement in Hunan Province, A new method for evaluating the damage of asphalt pavement is established. And based on the needs of pavement maintenance decision-making, A time series prediction model of asphalt pavement micro-performance index damage rate and rutting depth is established. (3) the core contents and problems of highway maintenance decision-making work in Hunan Province are closely related. Based on the scientific analysis method and theory, the empirical relationship between the capital and pavement performance index of asphalt concrete expressway pavement in Hunan Province is established. Effectively assisted the highway management department to plan the annual road network and pavement maintenance objectives decision-making; Based on the combination weight theory of maximization of variance, this paper presents a method to determine the objective of pavement maintenance at project level, which solves the problem of assignment of maintenance objectives at project level. In addition, the solution of optimal allocation of pavement maintenance funds is studied, and a decision tree model for asphalt pavement maintenance needs analysis is established. The optimization model of asphalt concrete expressway maintenance section and maintenance countermeasures is proposed based on the effect cost ratio ranking theory.
