盾构隧道下穿机场停机坪施工的技术研究

【摘要】:本文的主要内容是通过地层沉降理论、工程数值模拟和监控量测成果等各方面阐明某地铁工程中地表沉降规律,并介绍施工过程中的动态控制方法。 文章首先详细阐述了国内外盾构法的应用情况,地层位移的研究方法,盾构法施工时地表沉降的相关研究。并针对施工场景相对少见的地铁隧道下穿停机坪的研究方法和施工控制要点进行了简要说明。 其次,文章认为土压平衡盾构法的选用对特定土质施工过程控制意义重大,并从盾构机的选型方面,以工程实例为基础探究了小松加泥式土压平衡盾构在我国大部分地区的广泛适用性,对其在不同适用地层中的作用机理、工程中的应用情况做出了较深入的探讨。 再次,以天津地铁2号线机场延长线工程为例,从数值模拟和监控量测两个方面对地表和地层变形进行了研究,对施工完成后的沉降控制效果进行分析,得出施工工艺和技术控制措施的合理性。该工程中,盾构隧道下穿对变形敏感的机场停机坪,变形影响因素较多,文章侧重于施工监测和施工控制的协调,实际施工过程中可操作性强、效果明显。 最后,总结得出盾构隧道施工时,影响停机坪变形的主要因素以及控制地表变形的主要方法,为类似工程的施工提供了一定的参考。
[Abstract]:The main content of this paper is to expound the law of surface subsidence in a subway project from the aspects of ground settlement theory, engineering numerical simulation and monitoring measurement results, and introduce the dynamic control method in the construction process. In this paper, the application of shield method at home and abroad, the research method of ground displacement and the research of ground subsidence during shield construction are described in detail. The research methods and construction control points of subway tunnel through apron which are relatively rare in construction scene are briefly described. Secondly, it is considered that the selection of earth pressure balance shield method is of great significance to the control of specific soil construction process, and from the aspect of shield machine selection, Based on engineering examples, this paper probes into the wide applicability of Komatsu and mud type earth pressure balance shield machine in most areas of our country, and makes a deep discussion on its action mechanism in different applicable strata and its application in engineering. Thirdly, taking Tianjin Metro Line 2 Airport extension Project as an example, the surface and ground deformation are studied from two aspects of numerical simulation and monitoring measurement, and the effect of settlement control after construction is analyzed. The rationality of construction technology and technical control measures is obtained. In this project, the shield tunnel passes through the airport apron which is sensitive to deformation, and there are many factors affecting the deformation. The paper emphasizes on the coordination of construction monitoring and construction control, and the practical construction process has strong maneuverability and obvious effect. Finally, it is concluded that the main factors affecting the apron deformation and the main methods to control the surface deformation during the shield tunnel construction provide a certain reference for the construction of similar projects.
