天津港复式航道交通组织与仿真研究

【摘要】:天津港复式航道于2014年1月1日起开通使用,复式航道是在原有主航道基础上,两侧各增设一条浅水航道,实现高等级大型船舶和小型船舶分流,形成“双进双出”四通道航行,这成为我国港口首个通过管理和技术创新提高人工航道通过效率和安全水平的先例。 复式航道开通之后,在航道交通管理方面也面临着一些棘手的问题,特别是在“Y”型交叉水域处船舶会遇问题,导致船舶通航混乱,船舶堵塞航道,使得管理调度难度增大,造成到港船舶在航道时间以及待泊时间增加,船舶不能按时进出港,影响航道通过能力,这在一定程度上制约了港口能力的发展,使得复式航道通航能力没有发挥到最佳。 本文研究的问题是在复式航道“Y”型交叉水域船舶角交通会遇问题,利用Flexsim系统仿真技术对“Y”型交叉水域进行系统仿真实验,通过对已制定好的船舶通航计划进行模拟仿真,提前得知天津港复式航道在航行计划期内可能出现的各种交通情况,包括正常通行状况和可能出现的船舶交会状况。如果两船需要交会并存在危险的可能性,可及早的提出告警,让航道管理人员有足够的时间做出对策和准备,及时排除拥堵和危险。最后,在对仿真结果进行分析和评价的基础上,提出了复式航道交通组织优化方面的建议,希望对复式航道管理人员进行船舶交通调度起到一定的参考作用。
[Abstract]:The dual channel of Tianjin Port was opened for use on January 1, 2014. Based on the original main waterway, a shallow waterway was added on both sides of the channel to realize the diversion of high-grade large ships and small vessels. The formation of "double entry and double out" four-channel navigation is the first precedent for improving the efficiency and safety level of artificial waterway through management and technological innovation in Chinese ports. After the opening of the duplex channel, there are also some thorny problems in channel traffic management, especially in the "Y" crossing waters where the ship will encounter problems, which will lead to ship navigation chaos, ship blocking channel, making management and scheduling more difficult. As a result of the increase of ship arrival time and waiting time, the ship can not enter and leave the port on time, which affects the channel passing capacity, which restricts the development of port capacity to a certain extent, and makes the navigation capacity of dual navigation channel not to the best. The problem studied in this paper is the problem of the traffic in the angle of the ship in the "Y" cross water area. The Flexsim system simulation technology is used to simulate the "Y" type cross water area. By simulating and simulating the ship navigation plan which has been made, we know in advance all kinds of traffic conditions, including normal traffic conditions and possible vessel rendezvous conditions, that may occur in Tianjin Port's dual navigation channel during the navigation planning period. If the two ships need to meet and there is a possibility of danger, early warning can be put forward, so that the waterway managers have enough time to make countermeasures and preparations, and eliminate congestion and danger in time. Finally, on the basis of the analysis and evaluation of the simulation results, the paper puts forward some suggestions on the optimization of the traffic organization of the composite waterway, hoping to play a certain reference role in the ship traffic scheduling of the multiple waterway managers.
