碎石同步封层用橡胶沥青制备工艺研究

【摘要】：通过测定不同反应温度、反应时间、胶粉掺量及胶粉目数下制备橡胶沥青的黏度、延度、弹性恢复率、针入度以及软化点,探讨橡胶沥青的性能随反应温度、时间、胶粉目数及掺量的变化规律。结果表明,采用40目胶粉,掺量为18%,反应温度为180~190℃,反应时间为45min~1h之间制备的橡胶沥青性能较好,可以用于橡胶沥青碎石同步封层。
