区域路网抗震可靠性评价与优化研究

【摘要】:区域路网是震后抢灾救灾的关键通道,其抗震可靠性是决定路网抗震救灾服务功能的决定性因素。基于此,论文以如何科学评价路网抗震性能并构建相对可靠的抵御地震灾害的交通网络为出发点,研究区域路网抗震可靠性评价与优化,使路网应对地震灾害由“被动抢修”变为“主动防御”,降低地震灾害损失。 明确地震灾害的路网影响范围是合理分析路网抗震可靠性的基本前提。论文首先基于地震破坏力空间变化特征,通过介绍地震烈度常用衰变模型以及对地震烈度衰减关系研究现状的总结分析,确定了地震烈度衰减关系模型,并结合公路工程抗震设计要求,明确了路网抗震可靠性研究对象。 论文将道路组成单元分为路段单元、桥梁单元、隧道单元三个部分,结合各类单元的震害特征及震害原因,从外因和内因两方面系统分析了各类单元的抗震可靠性影响因素及作用机理,并利用各类单元的震害评估方法对其抗震可靠度进行了标定,进而为路网抗震可靠性评价奠定了基础。 论文以拓扑结构重要度表征道路单元对路网抗震可靠性的影响程度,,在此基础上,提出了基于Monte Carlo随机模拟法求解路网抗震可靠度和标定道路单元重要度的方法,并验证该评价方法的精度。 论文从系统的角度分析了路网抗震优化的影响因素,依托于路网抗震可靠性的评价结果,建立了以建设投资费用最小为目标函数,以优化后路网抗震可靠度达到最低限值为约束条件的路网抗震优化模型,在标定模型费用及抗震可靠度参数的基础上,利用正交枚举法进行了模型求解,并通过算例分析详细阐述了模型的实现过程,为区域路网抗震可靠性评价与优化提供了科学的理论依据。
[Abstract]:Regional road network is the key channel of disaster relief after earthquake, and its seismic reliability is the decisive factor to determine the function of earthquake relief service of road network. Based on this, this paper studies the seismic reliability evaluation and optimization of regional road network based on how to scientifically evaluate the seismic performance of road network and construct a relatively reliable traffic network to resist earthquake disasters. The road network should be changed from "passive emergency repair" to "active defense" to reduce the loss of earthquake disaster. Defining the influence range of earthquake disaster road network is the basic premise of reasonable analysis of seismic reliability of road network. Firstly, based on the spatial variation characteristics of seismic destructive power, by introducing the commonly used decay model of seismic intensity and the summary and analysis of the research status of seismic intensity attenuation relationship, the seismic intensity attenuation relation model is determined. Combined with the seismic design requirements of highway engineering, the research object of seismic reliability of road network is defined. In this paper, the road composition unit is divided into three parts: section unit, bridge unit and tunnel unit, combined with the characteristics of earthquake damage and the causes of earthquake damage. The influencing factors and action mechanism of seismic reliability of various elements are systematically analyzed from two aspects of external and internal factors, and their seismic reliability is calibrated by using the seismic damage assessment method of various elements. Furthermore, it lays a foundation for seismic reliability evaluation of road network. In this paper, the importance of topological structure is used to measure the influence of road element on seismic reliability of road network. On this basis, a method based on Monte Carlo stochastic simulation method is proposed to solve the seismic reliability of road network and calibrate the importance of road unit. The accuracy of the evaluation method is verified. In this paper, the influencing factors of seismic optimization of road network are analyzed systematically, and based on the evaluation results of seismic reliability of road network, the objective function is established, which takes the minimum investment cost of construction as the objective function. The seismic optimization model of road network with the minimum seismic reliability of optimized road network is taken as the constraint condition. on the basis of calibrating the cost of the model and the parameters of seismic reliability, the model is solved by orthogonal enumerating method. The realization process of the model is expounded in detail through the analysis of an example, which provides a scientific theoretical basis for the seismic reliability evaluation and optimization of the regional road network.
