空载工况下CVT锥轮推力平衡原理研究

【摘要】:空载工况下,相同控制压力、变速器速比存在差异,针对该现象,研究了空载工况下推力平衡原理及影响因素。从理论上计算了空载工况下的平衡推力比,通过台架试验,研究了速比、从动缸压力与主动轮转速对平衡推力比的影响。无负载工况下的理论模型表明,平衡推力比与主从锥轮工作包角的比值成比例关系,试验验证了理论模型的正确性。试验表明,速比对推力比的影响较大,推力比与速比呈单调递减的关系,这种关系不受从动缸压力的影响,主动轮转速对推力比的影响可以忽略。研究空载工况下推力比的平衡原理,可为进一步研究无级变速器及金属带之间的传动机理提供了理论与试验依据。
[Abstract]:Under the same control pressure, the transmission speed ratio is different under the no-load working condition. In view of this phenomenon, the principle of thrust balance and its influencing factors are studied under no-load working condition.The equilibrium thrust ratio under no-load working condition is calculated theoretically. The effects of speed ratio, driven cylinder pressure and driving wheel speed on the balance thrust ratio are studied by bench test.The theoretical model shows that the balance thrust ratio is proportional to the ratio of the working angle of the master-slave cone wheel. The experimental results verify the correctness of the theoretical model.The test results show that the speed ratio has a great influence on the thrust ratio, and the relationship between the thrust ratio and the speed ratio is monotone decreasing, which is not affected by the follower pressure, but the effect of the speed of the active wheel on the thrust ratio can be neglected.The study on the balance principle of thrust ratio under no-load condition can provide a theoretical and experimental basis for further study on the transmission mechanism between stepless transmission and metal belt.
