屏蔽套磁涡流密封机理与实验研究

【摘要】:磁力泵和屏蔽泵的广泛应用使工业中的泄露不断地降低,从根本上做到了零泄漏,为社会和国家节约了大量的能源,改善了各种工业和企业的工作环境为我们营造了一个更好的生活环境。屏蔽套密封作为磁力泵和屏蔽泵的关键部件,它的作用也越来越明显的显现出来,因而本文进行了对屏蔽套密封的分析和研究。 论文从理论上分析了屏蔽套涡流热的成因,产生主要原因是屏蔽套在封闭的磁场中切割磁力线,产生了感应电流进而产生了涡流热:采用了理论分析和有限元分析的方法,总结出了影响屏蔽套涡流热的主要参数分别为屏蔽套直径、长度和屏蔽套的材质,其中屏蔽套的直径对它的涡流热影响最大;采用实验的方法,研究了屏蔽套材料、结构对其所产生涡流热的影响,验证了理论分析的正确性,为以后屏蔽套的设计提供了理论的。 由于屏蔽技术在无泄漏泵行业中的广泛应用,它的需求也会随着无泄漏泵的增长而增加,将屏蔽套密封设计好是无泄漏泵安全可靠运行的保证,此项技术也为我公司进一步提高磁力泵性能提供了技术的保障。
[Abstract]:The widespread use of magnetic pumps and shielding pumps has led to a constant reduction in leakage in industry, which has fundamentally achieved zero leakage, saving a great deal of energy for society and the country.Improved the working environment of various industries and enterprises for us to create a better living environment.As the key component of magnetic pump and shield pump, the role of shield sleeve seal is more and more obvious. Therefore, the analysis and research of shield sleeve seal are carried out in this paper.In this paper, the causes of eddy current heat of shield sleeve are analyzed theoretically. The main reason is that the shield sleeve cuts the magnetic force line in the closed magnetic field, and the inductive current and the eddy current heat are generated. The theoretical analysis and finite element analysis method are adopted.It is concluded that the main parameters that affect the eddy current heat of the shield sleeve are the diameter, length and material of the shield sleeve respectively, in which the diameter of the shield sleeve has the greatest effect on the eddy current heat of the shield sleeve, and the material of the shield sleeve is studied by the method of experiment.The effect of the structure on the vortex heat is verified by the theoretical analysis, which provides a theoretical basis for the design of the shielding sleeve in the future.Due to the wide application of shielding technology in the leakage free pump industry, its demand will also increase with the increase of the leakage free pump. It is a guarantee for the safe and reliable operation of the leakage free pump to design the seal of the shield sleeve.This technology also provides technical guarantee for our company to further improve the performance of magnetic pump.
