精益生产在某电动葫芦公司的应用研究

【摘要】:精益生产是当今制造业公认的最佳生产组织体系和方式,随着市场需求的多元化,竞争的激烈化,精益生产受关注度越来越高。一些管理基础较好的大型企业已成功推行了精益生产,但大多数企业仍在不断探索精益生产的应用方法,尤其是一些管理基础相对薄弱的中小型企业,这些企业亟需借鉴相似的案例,并通过系统的方法进行指导 作者通过参与某电动葫芦公司的精益生产推行项目,综合运用精益生产相关技术和方法,在定量和定性相结合的系统分析基础上,研究了在改善基础薄弱的企业中进行精益生产推行的过程和方法,为此类企业推行精益生产提供借鉴。论文的主要工作和研究成果如下: (1)详细的调研和分析了生产现状,主要调研了价值流、生产组织方式、人机利用率、质量等方面内容,并进行了现状描述与分析,给出了生产系统存在的主要问题。通守实例,给出了系统调研方法。 (2)采用价值流图析方法,规划了系统总体改进口标与改进项目。根据价值流流动改进,绘制了二阶段的未来价值流图,确定了生产组织、车间布局、标准化作为实施的改善项目。通过案例,给出了类似企业的一般改善方法。 (3)对生产组织、车间布局、标准化等改善项目提出改善方案。给出了基于AHP的流水线选择方法的生产组织改善:运用SSLP法对钢丝绳电动葫芦装配区域进行重新布局,改善了产品加工路线情况。通过仓库的重新布局,对搬运工作量进行了改善;通过标准作业指导书制定、现场定置、标准工时制定对系统进行了基础性的标准化工作。 (4)对全文进行总结,提出了进一步的研究展望。
[Abstract]:Lean production is recognized as the best production organization system and mode in manufacturing industry nowadays. With the diversification of market demand and the fierce competition lean production is paid more and more attention.Some large, well-managed enterprises have successfully introduced lean production, but most continue to explore the application of lean production, especially small and medium-sized enterprises, which have a relatively weak management base.These enterprises need to learn from similar cases and guide them through systematic methods.By participating in the lean production project of a certain electric hoist company, the author synthetically applies the relevant techniques and methods of lean production, on the basis of the systematic analysis of the combination of quantitative and qualitative analysis,This paper studies the process and method of lean production in enterprises with weak foundation, and provides reference for such enterprises to carry out lean production.The main work and research results are as follows:1) the present situation of production is investigated and analyzed in detail, including value flow, production organization mode, man-machine utilization ratio, quality and so on. The present situation is described and analyzed, and the main problems of production system are given.The method of systematic investigation is given.2) using the method of value flow graph, the project of the system's general change of import standard and improvement project is planned.According to the flow improvement of value flow, the future value flow map of two stages is drawn, and the production organization, workshop layout and standardization are determined as the implementation improvement projects.Through the case, the general improvement method of similar enterprises is given.Propose improvement projects such as production organization, workshop layout, standardization and so on.The production organization improvement of assembly line selection method based on AHP is given. The assembly area of wire rope electric hoist is rearranged by SSLP method and the product processing route is improved.Through the rearrangement of the warehouse, the handling workload is improved, and the basic standardization work of the system is carried out through the establishment of the standard operating instruction, the setting of the site and the establishment of the standard working hours.4) summarize the full text and put forward the prospect of further research.
