调整剂在菱镁矿矿石反浮选提纯中作用效果研究

【摘要】:我国菱镁矿资源丰富,其储量、进出口量均居世界首位,是我国优势矿产资源之一,因耐火性、粘结性较高以及特有的物理化学性质被广泛用于冶金、化工、建材、轻工及金属镁提纯等领域,其中冶金工业是消耗镁制耐火材料最多的行业,占耐火材料总量的70%。但随着一部分优质菱镁矿矿山的不规则开采,造成采富弃贫现象,遭到破坏,资源浪费严重,开发利用低品位菱镁矿资源变得极为关键。近年来大量学者针对低品级菱镁矿进行提纯研究,浮选法作为最常用的菱镁矿选矿方法,浮选药剂的研究较为重要。菱镁矿中主要杂质为硅酸盐和碳酸盐两大类,针对菱镁矿性质,对捕收剂和调整剂的研发较多,而且适量调整剂的加入能更好的配合捕收剂更有效的对将菱镁矿和脉石矿物分离,从而达到工业上设备、人工和药剂成本的最低化。本课题针对海城菱镁矿石性质,通过对调整剂种类及用量的考察对比,以纯矿物结合实际矿进行浮选试验研究,寻求更好的菱镁矿除杂提纯工艺。分别在醚胺和油酸钠两种捕收剂体系下考察了p H值、调整剂和捕收剂种类及用量对纯矿物菱镁矿、白云石和石英的可浮性影响,并根据试验结果进行了菱镁矿实际矿石的试验研究。试验结果证明五种调整剂六偏磷酸钠、水玻璃、磷酸三钠、单宁酸和草酸铵中,六偏磷酸钠在反浮选中单独作用效果较好,而正浮选中混合使用六偏磷酸钠和水玻璃能根号的对矿物进行分离。最终确定通过反-正浮选联合工艺流程,磨矿细度-0.074mm含量85%,反浮选p H=5.0,醚胺用量150g·t-1,单独使用六偏磷酸用量150g·t-1,采用一粗两精流程;正浮选p H=10.0,油酸钠用量250g·t-1,六偏磷酸钠和水玻璃混合使用(200g·t-1、2000g·t-1),可获得精矿Mg O含量47.35%;Si O2品位0.12%,Ca O品位0.6%,精矿产率为74.66%。可达到本课题预期浮选效果。
[Abstract]:China is rich in magnesite resources, its reserves, imports and exports are the first in the world. It is one of the superior mineral resources in China. It is widely used in metallurgy, chemical industry and building materials because of its refractory, high adhesion and unique physical and chemical properties.Metallurgical industry is the most consuming field of magnesium refractories, accounting for 70% of total refractories.However, with the irregular mining of some high quality magnesite mines, the phenomenon of rich and poor mining is destroyed, and the waste of resources is serious, so the exploitation and utilization of low-grade magnesite resources becomes extremely critical.In recent years, a large number of scholars have studied the purification of low-grade magnesite. Flotation, as the most commonly used magnesite processing method, is more important in the study of flotation reagents.The main impurity in magnesite is silicate and carbonate. In view of magnesite properties, there are many research and development of collector and adjuster.And the addition of proper amount of adjuvant can better cooperate with collector to separate magnesite and gangue mineral more effectively, so as to achieve the lowest cost of equipment, labor and medicament in industry.According to the properties of magnesite in Haicheng, through the investigation and comparison of the types and dosage of the adjuster, the flotation experiment of pure mineral combined with real ore is carried out to find a better process for removing impurities and purifying magnesite.The effects of pH value, type and amount of adjuster and collector on the floatability of pure mineral magnesite, dolomite and quartz were investigated in the system of etheramine and sodium oleate, respectively.Based on the experimental results, the actual ore of magnesite is studied.The results show that sodium hexametaphosphate, sodium silicate, trisodium phosphate, tannic acid and ammonium oxalate have better effect in reverse flotation.The mineral was separated by the mixture of sodium hexametaphosphate and sodium silicate in positive flotation.Finally, through the combined reverse-positive flotation process, grinding fineness-0.074 mm content 85 mm, reverse flotation pH 5.0, ether amine dosage 150 g t-1, single use of hexomethenic phosphoric acid 150 g t-1, using a coarse two refined process;Positive flotation of pH 10.0, sodium oleate dosage of 250g t-1, sodium hexametaphosphate and sodium hexametaphosphate mixed with sodium hexametaphosphate 200g t-1n 2000g t-1a can obtain the content of mg O in concentrate 47.35% and 0.12% Sio 2 grade 0.12% Ca O 2, and the concentrate yield is 74.66.The expected flotation effect can be achieved.
