上湾煤矿近距离煤层开采过煤柱矿压规律研究

【摘要】:针对上湾煤矿近距离煤层工作面过煤柱安全开采问题,综合采用理论分析、数值模拟及工程实践的方法,就上湾煤矿12302工作面出煤柱矿压显现进行了研究。结果表明:上煤层工作面切眼深孔强制放顶诱发的基本顶结构提前切落有利于下煤层工作面安全平稳推过;此时模拟预计浅埋近距离下煤层工作面推出煤柱时支架活柱下缩量仅为133mm,工作面支架所需的工作阻力约11000k N;12302工作面过煤柱开采实践矿压显现缓和,未发生动载矿压现象。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem of safe mining of coal pillar in close coal seam face of Shangwan Coal Mine, the pressure appearance of coal pillar in 12302 working face of Shangwan Coal Mine is studied by means of theoretical analysis, numerical simulation and engineering practice. The results show that the early cutting of the basic roof structure induced by the forced caving of the deep hole in the upper coal seam face is beneficial to the safe and stable push of the lower coal seam working face, at this time, the simulation expects that when the coal pillar is pushed out in the shallow buried and close distance coal seam working face, the downshrinkage of the support movable pillar is only 133 mm, and the working resistance of the working face is about 11000k N / 12302.
