装配箱混凝土空心楼盖应用技术研究

【摘要】:随着经济建设的发展,人们对房屋建筑功能的要求日益多样化,大跨结构建筑以其具有更加开阔的视野、更大的使用空间、更灵活的布置方式等优势成为当今建筑科学发展的重要内容。近年来,适用于大空间、大跨度、高净空的混凝土空心楼盖在我国建筑工程中得到了广泛应用,空心楼盖的形式主要有两类,一类是现浇混凝土空心楼盖,另一类是装配与现浇结合的混凝土空心楼盖。本文所研究的装配箱混凝土空心楼盖中的装配箱由钢筋混凝土顶板、底板、硬质材料制作的侧壁筒三部分装配而成,相邻箱体之间设置现浇肋梁,装配箱通过顶板、底板上锚入肋梁内的外伸钢筋与现浇肋梁连成一体,共同工作。装配箱混凝土空心楼盖扩大了混凝土在大跨结构中的应用,同时符合建筑工业化的发展要求。 本文结合某文体馆工程装配箱混凝土空心楼盖的应用,首先采用有限元分析方法,通过ANSYS软件建模分析了装配箱混凝土空心楼盖的受力性能,分析表明,装配箱混凝土空心楼盖能以较大的跨度承受较大的荷载,且肋梁与箱体可以较好地共同受力;在了解了装配箱混凝土空心楼盖基本受力性能的基础上,模拟分析了空心楼盖的结构优化方案,分析表明,对于装配箱混凝土空心楼盖,受拉区域底板可以进行一定程度的撤除。 文章最后对装配箱混凝土空心楼盖进行了实证研究,某文体馆工程装配箱高度有0.65m、1.2m、1.4m、1.5m、1.6m、1.7m等六种类型,跨度分别为15m×8.4m、27.6m×8.4m、31.2m×8.4m,是本地区首个应用装配箱混凝土空心楼盖的项目,如何组织施工实现工程质量要求是项目建造过程中一项重要任务。论文结合相关标准和现场技术资料对其施工工艺进行了系统研究,在分析装配箱混凝土空心楼盖基本构造的基础上,对施工工艺流程、施工方法进行分析,并提出了施工质量控制要点。 本文对装配箱混凝土空心楼盖的应用研究,从受力机理以及施工工艺等方面的探索,对该结构形式的进一步推广具有一定的指导意义。
[Abstract]:With the development of economic construction, people's demands on the function of building are becoming more and more diverse. The long-span structure has a wider vision and more space for use. In recent years, concrete hollow floor, which is suitable for large space, long span and high clearance, has been widely used in the construction engineering of our country. There are mainly two types of hollow floor, one is cast-in-place concrete hollow floor, the other is concrete hollow floor which combines assembly with cast-in-place. The side wall tube made of hard material is assembled in three parts, and the cast-in-place rib beam is arranged between the adjacent boxes. The assembly box passes through the roof, and the outstretched steel bar which is anchored in the ribbed beam on the bottom plate is connected with the cast-in-place ribbed beam. The concrete hollow floor of the assembly box expands the application of the concrete in the long span structure and meets the requirements of the development of the building industrialization at the same time. Combined with the application of the concrete hollow floor of the assembly box of a sports museum project, this paper first uses the finite element analysis method to model and analyze the mechanical behavior of the concrete hollow floor of the assembly box by using ANSYS software, and the analysis shows that, The concrete hollow floor of the assembly box can bear a large load with a large span, and the rib beam and the box body can bear the same force together, and on the basis of understanding the basic mechanical behavior of the concrete hollow floor of the assembly box, The structural optimization scheme of hollow floor is simulated and analyzed. The analysis shows that the bottom slab in tension area can be removed to a certain extent for assembly box concrete hollow floor. At the end of the paper, the concrete hollow floor of the assembly box is studied empirically. The height of the assembly box of a sports museum project has six types, such as 0.65m-1. 2mm-1. 2mtc 1. 5mL1. 6m and 1. 7m. The span is 15 m 脳 8. 4m 脳 8. 4m 脳 31.2 m respectively. It is the first project in this area to apply the concrete hollow floor of the assembly box. How to organize the construction to realize the engineering quality requirement is an important task in the construction process of the project. Based on the analysis of the basic structure of the concrete hollow floor of the assembly box, the construction process and construction method are analyzed, and the key points of construction quality control are put forward. In this paper, the application of concrete hollow floor of assembly box is studied, and the exploration of force mechanism and construction technology is discussed, which has certain guiding significance for the further popularization of the structure form.
