历史地段新建建筑形式及其设计逻辑研究

【摘要】：在历史地段的保护更新中，城市决策者和保护专家们都会面临一个关键问题，即如何使新建建筑适应历史地段的风貌和环境，引导建成环境的变化往良性的方向发展，从而促进历史地段价值的延续和提升。然而对这一问题的关注和争论由来已久，各种观点莫衷一是，，因此对影响这类建筑形式创作的内在因素和决策因素进行系统的研究，将有助于决策者、设计者和公众加深对这一问题的认识，并且有助于建立一个共同的对话平台，在保护历史环境整体风貌的同时实现高质量的建筑创作。本研究的主要内容是关于在历史地段中新建建筑形式设计及其内在逻辑问题，即影响历史地段建筑形式的内在因素和决策因素，以及在创作过程中的影响机制。本研究首先对国内外历史地段中新建建筑的理论和实践进行了整体梳理，根据外在形式的差异对这类建筑进行再分类；对影响不同类型新建筑形式形成的内在因素以及创作过程加以研究，对不同类型的新建筑形式加以比较，并分析该领域的国内外思潮和发展趋势；在此基础上，进一步研究了历史地段中新建建筑形式设计的内在逻辑，包括影响新建建筑形式的主要因素、以及这些因素在建筑创作和决策过程中的作用机制，进而提出相应的八项设计原则。最后结合扬州老城低碳社区更新试点项目的实践进一步加以分析和总结。
[Abstract]:In the protection and renewal of historical areas, urban decision makers and conservation experts will face a key problem, that is, how to make new buildings adapt to the style and environment of historical areas, and guide the changes of built environment to a benign direction. So as to promote the continuation and promotion of the value of historical location. However, there has been a long history of concern and debate on this issue, and various viewpoints are divided. Therefore, the internal factors and decision-making factors that affect the creation of this kind of architectural form are systematically studied. It will help decision-makers, designers and the public to deepen their understanding of this issue, and will help to establish a common dialogue platform to achieve high-quality architectural creation while preserving the overall landscape of the historical environment. The main content of this study is about the new architectural form design and its internal logic problems in the historical area, namely, the internal factors and decision factors that affect the architectural form in the historical section, and the influence mechanism in the process of creation. Firstly, the theory and practice of the new buildings in the historical areas at home and abroad are combed together, and these buildings are reclassified according to the differences of external forms. This paper studies the internal factors and creative process that affect the formation of different types of new architectural forms, compares the different types of new architectural forms, and analyzes the trends of thought and development in this field. The internal logic of the new architectural form design in the historical section is further studied, including the main factors affecting the new architectural form, and the mechanism of these factors in the process of architectural creation and decision-making. Finally, combined with the practice of the pilot project of low carbon community renewal in Yangzhou Old City, it is further analyzed and summarized.
