【摘要】：建设工程质量关系到人民的生命财产安全，关系到国家昌盛、民族振兴、社会安定、人民幸福，也关系到国民经济的健康发展。因此建设工程质量受到越来越多的关注。随着社会主义市场经济的逐步完善，质量和信誉的成为企业间竞争的主要竞争力，因此质量对于企业而言也是十分重要。某购物中心项目具有工期紧，工程规模大，设备、材料品种和数量多，使用时间集中，投入的劳动力、施工机械设备数量多进场时间集中等特点。因此该项目的质量管理更加是一个严峻的考验。如何进行全面、有效的质量管理，直接决定该项目能否按期完成，能否正常使用。因此全面、深入地分析购物中心项目质量管理系统、方法和措施，，具有极强的现实意义，同时该项目的研究结论对于研究及解决目前国内建筑工程质量管理所存在的问题具有一定的借鉴意义。本文首先介绍了工程项目质量管理的基本理论，之后基于理论，结合我过相关法律法规、条理规章、行业标准和工程特点和实际情况，从项目质量管理策划、项目质量管理体系、项目质量测量分析与改进三方面论述项目的质量管理方法和具体实施。最后，对购物中心项目的质量管理有效性进行了定量的评价，采用模糊综合评价方法评价项目质量管理的有效性，确定了评价指标和权重，最终建立其单因素模糊评价模型。根据最大隶属度原则，某购物中心项目质量管理的有效性非常好。尽管如此，文章最后提出针对提高该项目质量管理体系有效性的一些对策和建议，以使项目质量管理达到更高的水平。
[Abstract]:The quality of construction projects is related to the safety of people's lives and property, to the prosperity of the country, to the rejuvenation of the nation, to social stability and to the happiness of the people. It is also related to the healthy development of the national economy. Therefore, more and more attention has been paid to the quality of construction projects. With the gradual improvement of the socialist market economy, quality and reputation have become the main competitive power among enterprises. Therefore, quality is also very important for enterprises. A shopping center project has a tight construction period, a large project scale, a large number of equipment, materials and quantities, a concentrated use of time, and a labor force invested. Therefore, the quality management of the project is a severe test. How to carry out comprehensive and effective quality management directly determines whether the project can be completed on schedule. Therefore, comprehensive and in-depth analysis of the shopping center project quality management system, methods and measures, has a strong practical significance, At the same time, the conclusion of the project has certain reference significance for studying and solving the problems existing in the quality management of domestic construction engineering. This paper first introduces the basic theory of project quality management, then based on the theory, combining with the relevant laws and regulations, rules and regulations, industry standards, engineering characteristics and actual conditions, from the project quality management planning, The project quality management system, project quality measurement, analysis and improvement are discussed in terms of project quality management methods and implementation. Finally, the effectiveness of quality management of shopping center projects is evaluated quantitatively. The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the effectiveness of project quality management, and the evaluation index and weight are determined. Finally, the single factor fuzzy evaluation model is established. The effectiveness of the quality management of a shopping center project is very good. However, this paper finally puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to improve the effectiveness of the quality management system of the project in order to make the quality management of the project reach a higher level.
