湖南道县楼田历史文化名村保护与发展研究

【摘要】：作为最能够直接的体现我国乡土生活的古村镇,是历史留给我们的精神财富。作者采用文献查阅法、归纳总结法,通过实地调查,从分析楼田村保护现状入手,结合相关理论知识,探讨并提出了楼田村保护与发展规划方案。研究的主要结果如下： (1)通过对古城镇、古村落的复兴和发展过程所产生的各种理念等资料进行整理、归纳,总结出国内外古城镇、古村落保护与发展工作的理论和实践研究进展。 (2)楼田村存在的问题,主要体现在：①当地经济发展落后,对古村庄的保护和发展投入资金少；②村民思想文化素质底,村内古建筑群损坏严重；③村内旅游资源挖掘不深入；④旅游开发观念落后,开发形式单一。 (3)楼田村的保护规划,主要包括：①古村庄的保护工作应遵循整体性、可持续发展等原则；②确定古村庄的保护框架和保护区域；③对古村庄内受损程度各异的建筑,分别相对应采用的恢复、改善、拆除等措施进行整修；④运用成立博物馆保护、设置长效保护机制和家庭传承等方式对古村庄内非物质文化的保护进行保护。 (4)楼田村的发展规划,主要包括：①古村庄的发展工作应遵循遗产保护与开发利用相结合、整体性与个性化发展相结合和旅游发展与新农村建设相结合等原则；②针对古村庄的现有资源和潜力资源,找准古村庄的旅游文化定位和客源市场定位；③加强古村庄内的旅游基础服务设施建设,加大古村庄的旅游接待能力；④古村庄的发展,必须坚持走市场化道路,全方位地做好楼田古村的旅游发展工作。楼田村有着悠久的历史文化内涵,自然景观和人文景观类型丰富、多样,具有良好的观赏价值和科研价值。楼田村的保护与发展研究,不仅有利于古村庄的建设,也有利于我国传统历史文化的延续。
[Abstract]:As the most direct embodiment of our country's rural life, ancient villages and towns are the spiritual wealth left to us by history. The author adopts the method of literature review, induces and summarizes, through field investigation, starting with the analysis of the status quo of the protection of Lou Tian Village. Combined with relevant theoretical knowledge, the protection and development plan of Lou Tian Village is discussed and put forward. The main findings of the study are as follows:. 1) through sorting out the materials of the revival and development of ancient towns and ancient villages, and summarizing the theoretical and practical research progress of the protection and development of ancient towns and villages at home and abroad. (2) the problems existing in Rutian Village are mainly reflected in the backward development of local economy at 1: 1, the low investment in the protection and development of ancient villages, and the ideological and cultural quality of the villagers. The concept of tourism development is backward and the form of development is single. (3) the protection planning of Lou Tian Village mainly includes the following principles: 1. The protection of ancient villages should follow the principles of integrity, sustainable development and other principles. (2) the protection framework of the ancient villages and the protected areas and buildings with different degrees of damage to the ancient villages should be determined. The restoration, improvement, demolition and other measures are used to protect the immaterial culture in the ancient village by establishing museum protection, setting up long-term protection mechanism and family inheritance and so on. (4) the planning for the development of the village of Lou Tian mainly includes that the development of the ancient village of 1: 1 should follow the combination of heritage protection and development and utilization. The integration of the whole and the individualized development and the combination of tourism development and the construction of the new countryside are aimed at the existing resources and potential resources of the ancient villages. To find out the tourism cultural orientation and tourist market orientation of ancient villages to strengthen the construction of tourism basic service facilities in ancient villages and to increase the tourist reception capacity of ancient villages, we must adhere to the road of marketization. We will do a good job in tourism development of the ancient village of Lou Tian in all directions. Lutian Village has a long history and cultural connotation, natural landscape and human landscape types are rich, diverse, with good ornamental value and scientific research value. The protection and development of Rutian Village is not only conducive to the construction of ancient villages. Also conducive to the continuation of our traditional history and culture.
