悬挑高支模技术及其工程应用研究

【摘要】:悬挑高支模技术具有施工方便、缩短工期、投入低,节约成本、有利于文明施工等优点,近年来被广泛应用于工程实践。基于现阶段我国还没有悬挑高支模体系的国家标准,在实际工程中悬挑脚手架、高支模架坍塌事故时有发生的现状,本论文采用理论与实践相结合的研究分析方法,,对悬挑高支模体系进行研究。 以泉州市湄港湾石化科技孵化基地办公楼工程为例,研究分析了高支模体系、外悬挑脚手架的力学性能及其设计计算方法。对工程屋面架空层施工的4个解决方案进行比选,基于经济性、安全性等因素考虑,选择悬挑高支模技术方案。合理设计模板及其支撑体系,使悬挑高支模技术方案满足相关规范的要求。从材料准备、施工准备、结构设计、施工工艺、技术措施、质量措施、安全保障措施、监测措施、应急预案等方面对悬挑高支模技术进行较为系统的研究。总结了近年来脚手架安全事故、高支模安全事故的原因及其描述方式,提出悬挑高支模技术施工过程中安全保证措施的几点意见。整个施工过程无安全事故发生,效果良好,被评为市文明示范工地,可为悬挑高支模技术在建筑工程中的应用提供经验借鉴。
[Abstract]:Cantilevered high formwork technology is widely used in engineering practice in recent years because of its advantages such as convenient construction, short construction period, low investment, saving cost and favorable to civilized construction. Based on the fact that there is no national standard for the cantilever high support mould system in our country at the present stage, in the actual engineering, the cantilever scaffold and the high support die frame collapse accident occur from time to time, this paper adopts the research and analysis method which combines theory with practice. This paper studies the system of cantilever high support formwork. Taking the office building project of Meigang Petrochemical Technology incubation Base in Quanzhou as an example, the mechanical properties and design calculation method of high support formwork system and external cantilever scaffold are analyzed. This paper compares and selects the four solutions for the construction of the overhead layer of the roof. Considering the factors such as economy and safety, the technical scheme of the overhanging high support formwork is chosen. Reasonable design of formwork and its supporting system to meet the requirements of relevant specifications for the technical scheme of overhanging high-supported die. From the aspects of material preparation, construction preparation, structure design, construction technology, technical measures, quality measures, safety and security measures, monitoring measures, emergency plan and so on, this paper makes a systematic study on the technology of overhanging high support formwork. This paper summarizes the reasons and description methods of scaffold safety accidents and high support formwork safety accidents in recent years, and puts forward some suggestions on safety assurance measures in the construction process of cantilever high support formwork technology. The whole construction process has no safety accident and has good effect. It has been named as the demonstration site of city civilization. It can provide experience and reference for the application of cantilevered high formwork technology in construction engineering.
