生态文明理念下寒地住区的人性化设计对策研究

【摘要】：我国十八大全面推进生态文明建设以来，城乡的可持续发展问题成为一个持久讨论的热点话题。住区建设是生态文明建设的基础。我国的寒地住区地理位置特殊，自然条件严峻，生态系统容易遭到破坏。虽然在建筑节能工作上取得了一些成效，但是技术很不完善，在人文角度寒地住区的建设与生态文明理念指导下的目标还有很大差距。因此，，生态文明理念下寒地住区的建设问题迫切地需要理论的支撑，建立一套全面系统化的设计趋势非常必要。首先，本文深入研究生态文明的内涵，提炼其和谐观。并在此基础上，将其与寒地住区的发展状况相结合，通过现状调研、理论解析、分析结论的结构顺序分别剖析了寒地住区的空间布局形态、政策制度和生态技术环境三个影响因素。其次，基于以上分析结论的研究，提出了生态文明理念下寒地住区人性化的设计原则。从相应发展意识、建设目标和政策导向方面为设计对策的提出提供纲要。最后，总结出生态文明理念下寒地住区人性化的设计对策。探索式地将生态文明理念落实到寒地住区的实际建设，在设计上提出了建议和具体实现措施，为建设真正意义上生态文明理念下的寒地住区做出了探索。总体来说，本文以生态文明和谐理念为指导，结合寒地住区的现状和理论解析，建设出适应寒地地理气候和居民行为心理的住区环境，从而改善寒地居民户外活动的环境质量及对自然生态系统的保护，实现人与人、人与社会、人与自然全面和谐的住区目标是一项具有挑战性和前瞻性的课题，也是需要进行长期性探索的研究。
[Abstract]:Since the 18th National Congress of China promoted the construction of ecological civilization, the sustainable development of urban and rural areas has become a hot topic. The construction of residential area is the foundation of ecological civilization construction. The cold settlements in our country have special geographical location and severe natural conditions, and the ecosystem is vulnerable to destruction. Although some achievements have been made in building energy conservation, the technology is not perfect, and there is still a big gap between the construction of cold settlements in the humanities and the goal under the guidance of the idea of ecological civilization. Therefore, the construction of cold settlements under the concept of ecological civilization urgently needs theoretical support, and it is necessary to establish a comprehensive and systematic design trend. First of all, this paper deeply studies the connotation of ecological civilization and refines its view of harmony. On this basis, combining it with the development of cold settlements, through the investigation of the current situation, theoretical analysis, analysis of the conclusion of the structure of the cold settlements, respectively, analyzed the spatial layout of the form. Policy system and ecological technology environment affect three factors. Secondly, based on the above conclusions, the design principles of humanization of cold settlements under the concept of ecological civilization are put forward. From the corresponding development consciousness, the construction goal and the policy direction aspect provides the outline for the design countermeasure. Finally, summarizes the ecological civilization idea under the cold region settlement humanity design countermeasure. In this paper, the author puts forward some suggestions and concrete measures in the design of the cold area, and explores the construction of the cold area under the concept of ecological civilization. In general, under the guidance of the harmonious concept of ecological civilization, combined with the present situation and theoretical analysis of cold settlements, this paper builds a residential environment that adapts to the cold geographical climate and the behavior psychology of residents. Thus, it is a challenging and forward-looking task to improve the environmental quality of outdoor activities of residents in cold regions and to protect natural ecosystems, and to realize the goal of comprehensive harmony between people and society, and between human beings and nature. It is also a long-term study that needs to be explored.
