湖南城郊型葡萄酒庄景观设计研究

【摘要】：中国葡萄酒庄建设尚处于初步发展阶段,对兼具观光和生产的葡萄酒庄景观设计还缺乏一定研究。本文通过对湖南城郊葡萄酒庄园实地及问卷调查,分析总结相关的理论研究成果,提出了湖南城郊型葡萄酒庄景观设计理论体系并得出如下结论： (1)根据葡萄酒文化表达的内容,提出葡萄酒庄景观设计应结合葡萄酒文化中的葡萄栽培、中国葡萄酒文化、葡萄酒酿造、葡萄酒艺术及葡萄酒礼等,展现酒庄文化内涵。 (2)通过对湖南城郊葡萄酒庄园实地调查,总结其优点并分析得出主题文化缺失、酒庄缺乏特色、缺乏标志性建筑和富有特色的外环境景观、基础设施落后,以及缺乏植物空间的掩映、建筑形式与本地特色冲突、酒庄整体环境缺乏层次等设计和建设的不足,并通过葡萄酒庄游客问卷调查,了解游客对酒庄的满意度及建议,为未来城郊葡萄酒庄的景观设计提供借鉴。 (3)依据相关学科的研究理论,提出葡萄酒庄应注重生态可持续性、人的参与性、经济集中性、突出区域特色、文化主题整体性、景观多样性的设计原则,并在其基础上提出葡萄酒庄的景观定位、景观布局、功能分区、景观序列和景观构成要素的规划与设计等内容。 (4)结合真人桥葡萄酒庄实例验证理论研究的成果。本文以湖南城郊为基础,提出葡萄酒庄景观设计的基本理论,指出地理条件和文化背景将成为葡萄酒庄景观设计重要的参考因素并引导设计。
[Abstract]:The construction of winery in China is still in the initial stage of development, and the landscape design of winery with both sightseeing and production has not been studied. Based on the field and questionnaire survey of wine manor in the suburbs of Hunan Province, this paper analyzes and summarizes the relevant theoretical research results. This paper puts forward the theory system of the landscape design of Hunan suburban winery and draws the following conclusions: 1) according to the contents of the wine culture expression, the landscape design of the winery should be combined with the grape cultivation in the wine culture. Chinese wine culture, wine brewing, wine art and wine ceremony show the cultural connotation of winery. Lack of characteristics, lack of iconic buildings and distinctive external environment landscape, backward infrastructure, lack of plant space, conflict between architectural form and local characteristics, lack of hierarchy of the overall environment of the winery, etc. And through the wine shop tourist questionnaire survey, to understand the tourists' satisfaction with the winery and suggestions, for the future suburban winery landscape design reference. 3) based on the relevant disciplines of research theory, The paper points out that the winery should pay attention to the design principles of ecological sustainability, human participation, economic centralization, regional characteristics, cultural theme integrity and landscape diversity. On the basis of it, the landscape positioning and landscape layout of the winery are put forward. Functional zoning, landscape sequence and landscape elements planning and design. Based on the suburb of Hunan province, this paper puts forward the basic theory of winery landscape design, and points out that geographical conditions and cultural background will become important reference factors and guide the design of winery landscape design.
