哈尔滨高层住区开放空间建筑布局与微气候关联度研究
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the increasing population, the progress of science and technology and the shortage of urban land resources, high-rise buildings have developed rapidly. The development of high-rise residential area is one after another in urban construction, but also has a certain impact on the microclimate of residential area. The different architectural layout pattern of high-rise residential area is the most direct factor that affects the microclimate environment of open space. Cold cities have more prominent microclimatic requirements for the layout of high-rise residential areas, that is, wind-proof and cold-resistant. The layout patterns of high-rise residential areas in cold regions can be divided into several categories. At the same time, the differences between the layout patterns on microclimate and which types of layout modes can satisfy the micro-climate comfort of open space in cold high-rise residential areas are discussed. This requires a more scientific and systematic approach to research and evaluation. This paper will apply several research methods, statistical methods and CFD computer simulation methods to study the correlation between microclimate factors and open space layout of residential areas. Starting from a large number of field investigations, this paper investigates and classifies the high-rise residential areas recently constructed in Harbin, and concludes several layout patterns of open space in high-rise residential areas. At the same time, combined with the meteorological data of Harbin in recent years, the research time section that accords with the purpose of the research will be selected, and the field in-depth satisfaction investigation will be carried out. The investigation data are analyzed by SPSS software, and the weight of the data is summed up and processed. The data is used as the reference sequence of the study on the spatial distribution and the microclimate factor correlation of the high-rise residential area. Secondly, the open space layout model of Harbin high-rise residential district is simulated by CFD according to the classification, and the microclimate factors of each layout model corresponding to the reference series are selected from the simulation results of each layout mode. A comparison series is established. Then the microclimatic correlation coefficient and correlation degree were calculated. Finally, by comparing the calculated correlation values, we choose the most comfortable layout model with the highest correlation degree to the comfortable microclimate environment, that is, the most comfortable layout model from the microclimate environment point of view. Then the optimization strategy of this layout pattern is studied. Through combing and designing of research methods and the application of field investigation, this paper provides a relatively objective quantitative data reserve for the correlation analysis between microclimate factors and spatial layout of high-rise residential areas. By exploring a set of relatively scientific research methods, the quantitative relationship between microclimate factors and the layout of open space is sought, which provides a feasible reference for the construction of high-rise residential areas in the future.
