漳平永福台湾农民创业园高山生态茶园建设研究

【摘要】：近年来，漳平永福积极引入台湾生态观光理念，发展高山生态茶园，成立了国家级漳平永福台湾农民创业园。论文在阐述生态观光茶园规划设计理论的基础上，对漳平永福台湾农民创业园建设的高山生态茶园进行了探讨。漳平永福台湾农民创业园建设的高山生态茶园，充分发挥闽台两岸优势资源互补，，进行良好整合，形成了漳台合作模式。论文从栽培管理模式、生产加工模式、宣传营销模式、组织管理模式、生态观光模式等方面，对漳台合作模式进行了阐述。其次，从拥天时、占地利、得人和等方面对漳平永福高山生态观光茶园的可行性进行充分论证；在此基础上，提出了以高山生态栽培为依托、以多元综合型为发展模式、以地域特色为观光主题、以可持续发展与休闲观光为发展目标、以配套设施和服务体系为保障以及重感恩助发展的漳平永福高山生态观光茶园设计理念及发展模式。此外，论文对漳平永福台湾农民创业园建设的高山生态观光茶园存在的不足进行了剖析，包括规划设计未单独立项、观光意识和力度不强、茶产业结构比较单一、园区茶业服务机构体系不够完善、经纪营销网络和营销多元化较弱、茶文化氛围较弱等；在此基础上，提出了今后的发展对策，包括单独立项进行规划设计、增强茶园观光意识和力度、优化茶产业结构、加强园区茶业服务机构的服务职能、建立强大的经纪营销网络、加强营销多元化、将漳平永福高山茶文化列入观光主题等。
[Abstract]:In recent years, Zhangping Yongfu has actively introduced the concept of ecological tourism in Taiwan, developed the mountain ecological tea garden, and established the national Zhangping Yongfu Taiwan Peasant pioneering Park. On the basis of expounding the theory of planning and design of ecological sightseeing tea garden, this paper discusses the mountain ecological tea garden built by Yongfu Peasant pioneering Park in Zhangping. The mountain ecological tea garden built by Zhangping Yongfu Peasant pioneering Park in Taiwan, fully exerts the complementary advantages of resources between Fujian and Taiwan, carries on the good integration, and forms the Zhang-Taiwan cooperation mode. This paper expounds the cooperation mode of Zhangtai from the aspects of cultivation management mode, production and processing mode, propaganda and marketing mode, organization and management mode, ecological sightseeing mode, etc. Secondly, the feasibility of Zhangping Yongfu alpine ecological sightseeing tea garden is fully demonstrated from the aspects of supporting the sky, occupying land, obtaining people and so on. On the basis of this, it is proposed that the sustainable development and leisure tourism should be taken as the development goal, relying on the high mountain ecological cultivation, taking the pluralistic comprehensive type as the development mode, taking the regional characteristics as the sightseeing theme, and taking the sustainable development and leisure tourism as the development goals. The design concept and development model of Yongfu Mountain Eco-sightseeing Tea Garden in Zhangping is based on supporting facilities and service system. In addition, the paper analyzes the shortcomings of the mountain ecological sightseeing tea garden in Zhangping Yongfu farmers' pioneering park, including the lack of planning and design alone, the lack of tourism awareness and intensity, and the relatively simple structure of tea industry. The service system of tea industry in the park is not perfect, the marketing network and marketing diversification are weak, the atmosphere of tea culture is weak, etc. On this basis, the future development countermeasures are put forward, including the planning and design of separate projects, the enhancement of tea garden sightseeing awareness and intensity, the optimization of tea industry structure, and the strengthening of the service functions of the tea industry service organizations in the park. Establish a strong marketing network, strengthen marketing diversification, Zhangping Yongfu Alpine tea culture included in the sightseeing theme.
