城市商业地块内部空间构形与天空开阔度之间关系研究

【摘要】:之前的研究已经建立了天空开阔度和城市热岛效应之间的明确关系,可以天空开阔度值域为基准,通过设计城市物质空间形态的手段来缓解城市热岛效应。但目前针对城市形态要素与天空开阔度之间量化关系的研究并不多,因此本文聚焦于中国城市商业用地内部的空间构形,以计算机量化、图示化的手段描述城市空间形态,探讨天空开阔度和城市空间构形的内在关系并尝试基于天空开阔度的计算对现实城市空间案例进行新的分类。本研究的意义在于搭建了连接空间构形与天空开阔度的分析平台,在形式与天空开阔度的交互作用上实现一一对应的紧密链接。通过对该图示体系的应用,研究可以为分析和挖掘满足一定的天空开阔度值域的空间形式的规律提供可能性。 首先本文以空间界面的高度角信息为纽带,将城市空间形态的数据化描述与空间单元的单点天空开阔度计算整合在同一个分析平台上,并通过实验证明了天空开阔度展开曲线对空间形式和天空开阔度的描述的有效性,简洁性和强交互性。本研究在建立城市空间形态与天空开阔度之间关系这一研究领域做出了方法面层面的创新。接着本文建立了一个由现实城市样本归纳而来的抽象图示理论模型,在此基础上利用图示分析平台进行实验,得出了抽象的城市形态单元与天空开阔度之间的量化关系。最后,本文利用空间句法理论对现实的中国城市商业地块内部的空间构形进行分析与归类,并在基于空间基本结构特征和观察点设定规则的分类方法基础上,通过归纳和比较天空开阔度展开曲线,在空间突变特征的形式和分布规律上对空间单元进行重新分组。新的分组不仅直接反映了空间单元的形式特征,同时也直观的反映了不同的形式特征作用于天空开阔度计算的不同机制。 总之,本研究建立了一个有效的、针对空间构形研究的、联系空间形态与天空开阔度的图示化体系,并通过对现实案例的再分类证明了基于天空开阔度的空间形式特征研究的拓展可能。
[Abstract]:Previous studies have established a clear relationship between sky openness and urban heat island effect, which can be used as a benchmark to alleviate the urban heat island effect by designing the shape of urban physical space. However, there are few studies on the quantitative relationship between urban form elements and sky openness at present, so this paper focuses on the internal spatial configuration of urban commercial land in China, and describes the urban spatial form by means of computer quantification and graphing. This paper discusses the relationship between sky openness and urban spatial configuration, and tries to classify the real urban space cases based on the calculation of sky open degree. The significance of this study is to build an analysis platform connecting the spatial configuration and the sky width, and to realize one-to-one close link between the interaction between the form and the sky width. Through the application of this graphic system, the study can provide the possibility for analyzing and mining the rules of spatial form which satisfy certain open range of sky. Firstly, taking the height angle information of the spatial interface as the link, this paper integrates the data description of the urban spatial form with the calculation of the single-point sky width of the spatial unit on the same analysis platform. Through experiments, the validity, simplicity and strong interaction of the description of space form and sky openness by sky open expansion curve are proved. In this study, the relationship between urban spatial form and sky openness has been innovated at the level of method surface in the field of establishing the relationship between urban spatial form and sky openness. Then, this paper establishes an abstract graphic theoretical model, which is induced by real city samples. On this basis, experiments are carried out by graphic analysis platform, and the quantitative relationship between abstract urban form unit and sky width is obtained. Finally, this paper makes use of space syntax theory to analyze and classify the spatial configuration inside the real urban commercial parcels in China, and on the basis of the classification method based on the spatial basic structural characteristics and the setting rules of the observation points, the paper analyzes and classifies the real urban commercial parcels in China. By summing up and comparing the open-width expansion curves of the sky, the spatial elements are re-grouped in the form and distribution law of the spatial abrupt features. The new grouping not only directly reflects the formal characteristics of spatial elements, but also intuitively reflects the different mechanisms of different formal features acting on the calculation of sky openness. In a word, this study has established an effective graphic system for spatial configuration research, which links the spatial morphology with the sky openness. Through the re-classification of real cases, it is proved that the study of spatial form features based on sky openness is possible.
