带钢筋桁架高强再生混凝土板受弯性能试验研究

【摘要】:为研究高强再生混凝土板与普通高强混凝土板受弯性能的差异,进行了4个高强再生混凝土板和2个普通高强混凝土板足尺试件的抗弯性能对比试验。试件的再生混凝土粗骨料取代率100%、细骨料用天然砂,混凝土设计强度等级均为C65,加载方式为三分点单向重复加载。试验分析了各试件的开裂荷载、屈服荷载、极限荷载、挠度、裂缝及破坏过程。研究表明:高强再生混凝土板与普通高强混凝土板相比,受弯破坏过程类似,开裂荷载和极限荷载较接近,跨中挠度略大;设置钢筋桁架混凝土板与普通配筋混凝土板相比,开裂后钢筋桁架对裂缝有制约作用,板的极限荷载、后期刚度和延性有所提高;高强再生混凝土板承载力可近似采用混凝土结构设计规范提供的方法,但应乘以与再生粗骨料取代率有关的折减系数,以考虑其长期工作性能与短期试验结果的差异。
[Abstract]:In order to study the difference of flexural behavior between high-strength recycled concrete slab and ordinary high-strength concrete slab, four high-strength recycled concrete slabs and two full-scale specimens of common high-strength concrete slabs were tested. The replacement rate of recycled concrete coarse aggregate is 100%, the natural sand for fine aggregate is used, the design strength grade of concrete is C65, and the loading mode is unidirectional repeated loading at the third point. The cracking load, yield load, ultimate load, deflection, crack and failure process of each specimen are analyzed experimentally. The results show that the flexural failure process of high-strength recycled concrete slab is similar to that of ordinary high-strength concrete slab, the cracking load and ultimate load are close to each other, and the mid-span deflection is slightly larger. Compared with the ordinary reinforced concrete slab, the reinforced truss has restricted effect on the crack after cracking, the ultimate load of the slab, the rigidity and ductility of the later stage have been improved. The bearing capacity of high strength recycled concrete slabs can be approximated by the method provided by the design code for concrete structures, but the reduction factor related to the replacement rate of recycled coarse aggregate should be multiplied to take into account the difference between the long-term working performance and the short-term test results.
