This device will parse the messages in the private wireless protocol network and then re-package the specific servers sent to the internet to achieve a variety of high added value functions. This paper introduces the related work of hardware design in the process of equipment development It mainly includes product block diagram design, circuit principle design, power supply integrity analysis and design, technical problems encountered in product design and solution The functional block diagram of the product includes the selection of components, such as the main control chip, the external dynamic random access memory, the Ethernet driving chip, etc. The product also needs to be able to implement the software upgrade on the application site, so the functional block diagram of the product also has the corresponding test in this respect. in addition, that design of the functional block diagram of the product also need to take into account the increase in product function in the next few years The circuit principle is designed to complete the detail design of the whole circuit. At the same time, the power consumption of the system is estimated, and the power supply capacity is designed according to the power consumption of the system power. In order to ensure the normal operation state of each chip of the system, the corresponding upper electric timing and reset are designed The power supply integrity is designed to solve the power problem found in the product development process, analyze the power supply integrity of the product, and finally improve the reliability of the product It also introduces some technical problems in the product design, including the failure and solution of the static discharge test of the product, and the time-out and resolution of network communication. In the process of product design, the design tools such as Mathcad and SPICE are used, and a variety of analytical methods such as Monte-Carlo simulation, time-domain analysis and frequency-domain analysis are used to improve the design.
