新型装配式型钢剪力墙组合结构抗震性能研究

【摘要】:目前,随着我国城镇化进程的不断深入,范围不断扩大,全国新建住宅需求量也在不断增加。显然,这种情况在未来的几十年内不会发生改变。我国城市人口密度较高,城市内的土地资源紧张,短时间内难以模仿欧美发达国家的城镇化模式:重点发展少数超大型城市,同时建设更多宜居的中小型城镇,控制城市人口,以建设多层住宅或者别墅群来满足居住需求。我国现阶段城镇化的发展模式仍是扩大城市规模,吸纳新城市人。如何满足日益涌入城市的人们的住房需求与最大限度的利用有限的城镇土地资源是一个亟待解决的问题。在这种趋势之下,加速建设高层住宅群应将成为未来一段时间中国大多数城市的发展的一种合理选择。从建筑结构研究的角度来说,开发出更加有效利用资源,以低污染、低成本建设质量更好的高层住宅建筑体系是解决这一矛盾的一种途径。 本文所研究的装配式型钢剪力墙组合结构就是针对高层住宅建筑所提出的一种结构体系,该结构体系由北京市建筑设计研究院有限公司提出。本文主要介绍三个相关试验的研究内容。全文共分为六章,包括: (1)绪论。阐述我国住宅产业化发展现状,说明开发装配式结构住宅的必要性。介绍了国内外关于装配式结构,尤其是装配式剪力墙结构的研究情况。最后,列出本文研究的主要内容。 (2)新型装配整体式墙体抗震性能试验。本试验包含两组墙片,,第一组试验考察了墙片竖缝位置干式连接方式的抗震性能,而第二组试验检验型钢边缘约束构件、高强度灌浆料后浇带及后浇带内型钢抗剪键的连接性能。 (3)装配整体式型钢剪力墙组合结构拟静力试验。通过介绍试验模型的设计、制作、组装及拟静力试验全过程,对该结构体系的施工工艺进行了归纳,对结构的强度、刚度、延性、耗能等性能指标进行了考察和研究。 (4)采用螺栓连接的预制钢骨剪力墙拟静力试验。为考察墙片水平缝位置螺栓连接节点的抗震性能设计了四组拟静力试验,分别检验预埋螺栓连接的预制剪力墙片抗弯、抗剪性能,得出了试验体的强度、刚度、延性和耗能性能参数。 (5)结论与展望。归纳总结试验过程中的经验与不足,提出一些建议,并为后续的研究提供一点思路。
[Abstract]:At present, with the development of urbanization in China, the demand for new housing is increasing. Clearly, this will not change for decades to come. Because of the high population density and the shortage of land resources in cities, it is difficult to imitate the urbanization pattern of developed countries in Europe and the United States in a short period of time. To build multi-storey houses or villas to meet the housing needs. At present, the development mode of urbanization in China is still to expand the scale of the city and absorb the new city people. How to meet the housing needs and maximize the utilization of limited urban land resources is an urgent problem to be solved. Under this trend, speeding up the construction of high-rise residential clusters should be a reasonable choice for the development of most cities in China for some time to come. From the point of view of building structure research, it is a way to solve this contradiction to develop a high-rise residential building system with low pollution and low cost, which can make use of resources more effectively and build a better quality high-rise residential building system with low pollution and low cost. The assembled steel shear wall composite structure studied in this paper is a kind of structural system for high-rise residential buildings, which was proposed by Beijing Architectural Design and Research Institute Co., Ltd. This paper mainly introduces the research contents of three related experiments. The full text is divided into six chapters, including: (1) introduction. This paper expounds the present situation of housing industrialization in China, and explains the necessity of developing assembled structure housing. This paper introduces the research situation of assembled structure, especially the assembled shear wall structure at home and abroad. Finally, the main contents of this paper are listed. (2) the seismic performance test of the new assembled integral wall. This experiment consists of two groups of walls. The first group of tests examined the seismic performance of the dry connection at the vertical joint position of the walls, while the second group tested and tested the edge-constrained members of the section steel. High strength grouting material post-pouring belt and post-cast steel shear bond connection performance. (3) pseudo-static test of assembled integral steel shear wall composite structure. Through the introduction of the design, fabrication, assembly and quasi-static test of the test model, the construction technology of the structural system is summarized, and the strength, stiffness, ductility and energy dissipation of the structure are investigated and studied. (4) pseudo-static test of prefabricated steel shear wall with bolted connection. Four groups of quasi-static tests were designed to investigate the seismic behavior of bolt-joint joints in horizontal joints of wall pieces. The bending and shear properties of prefabricated shear walls connected with pre-embedded bolts were tested respectively, and the strength and stiffness of the test body were obtained. Ductility and energy dissipation performance parameters. (5) conclusion and prospect. This paper summarizes the experience and deficiency in the process of experiment, puts forward some suggestions, and provides some ideas for the follow-up research.
