黄土地区密肋复合墙结构体系风险分析

【摘要】:密肋复合墙结构是一种节能、抗震的新型装配整体式建筑结构体系,针对该结构体系课题组前期在理论及应用研究方面开展了大量的工作,其结构设计理论基本趋于成熟,进入了推广阶段,在地震设防烈度较高的黄土地区已得到较好的应用。然而,作为一种新型的结构体系,在黄土地区的推广过程中存在着较多的不确定性因素,影响该结构体系的进一步应用,且相关研究中较少涉及不确定性风险因素。为此,本文主要就以下内容进行重点研究: (1)综合考虑密肋复合墙结构构造特点及设计要求,对黄土地区已建项目与在建项目进行现场调研,分析总结施工工艺的关键技术及相关要求。为该结构体系及其它装配式结构的施工建造提供参考,并为进行黄土地区密肋复合墙结构体系风险因素的识别奠定专业基础。 (2)通过对多种风险分析方法的比较研究,提出适合密肋复合墙结构体系风险分析的研究方法,并基于模糊数学及层次分析法原理建立相应的风险分析模型。为进行黄土地区密肋复合墙结构体系的风险分析奠定理论基础,也为课题组以后对该结构体系进行更为深入的风险分析研究提供相应的参考方法。 (3)通过对各方相关专家的调查咨询,将黄土地区密肋复合墙结构体系全寿命周期中所特有的主要风险因素分为相互关联、相互影响的决策阶段、实施阶段和使用阶段风险来进行识别;并运用建立的风险分析模型对其进行全面分析,得出决策阶段和实施阶段的综合风险较大;其中,相关政策、社会认可度、墙板设计、施工工序复杂等具体风险因素所占比重较大,是进行风险评估与控制时重点考虑的对象。分析结果可为进行黄土地区密肋复合墙结构体系风险管理,从而减小其风险度,促进该结构体系的发展应用与相关规范的制定,提供科学依据,,具有一定的现实意义。
[Abstract]:Multi-ribbed composite wall structure is a new type of energy-saving, earthquake-resistant, integrated building structure system. A lot of work has been done on the theory and application of this structure system research group in the early stage, and its structure design theory tends to mature basically, and the structure design theory of the multi-ribbed composite wall structure is almost mature. In the period of popularization, it has been applied well in the loess area with high earthquake fortification intensity. However, as a new type of structural system, there are more uncertain factors in the process of popularizing the loess area, which affect the further application of the structural system, and less uncertainty risk factors are involved in the related research. Therefore, the main contents of this paper are as follows: (1) considering the structural characteristics and design requirements of multi-ribbed composite wall, on-the-spot investigation of existing and under-built projects in loess area is carried out. The key technology and related requirements of construction technology are analyzed and summarized. It provides a reference for the construction of the structural system and other assembled structures, and lays a professional foundation for identifying the risk factors of the multi-ribbed composite wall structure system in the loess area. (2) through the comparative study of various risk analysis methods, the risk analysis method suitable for multi-ribbed composite wall structure system is put forward, and the corresponding risk analysis model is established based on the principles of fuzzy mathematics and analytic hierarchy process (AHP). It lays a theoretical foundation for the risk analysis of the multi-ribbed composite wall structure system in loess area, and also provides a reference method for the further risk analysis and study of the multi-ribbed composite wall structure system in the future. (3) through the investigation and consultation of relevant experts from all parties, the main risk factors in the life cycle of multi-ribbed composite wall structure system in loess area are divided into interrelated and influencing decision-making stages. Risk identification during the implementation phase and the use phase; And using the established risk analysis model to carry on the comprehensive analysis to it, obtains the decision-making stage and the implementation stage comprehensive risk is relatively large; Among them, the relative policies, social recognition, wallboard design, complex construction process and other specific risk factors account for a large proportion, which is the focus of risk assessment and control. The analysis results can provide scientific basis for the risk management of multi-ribbed composite wall structure system in loess area, so as to reduce its risk degree, promote the development and application of the structure system and the formulation of relevant norms, and have certain practical significance.
