振动挖掘作业技术研究
[Abstract]:In this paper, according to the requirement of rapid and efficient operation of construction machinery, the research of vibration mining technology is carried out in order to solve the problem of engineering operation under the condition of hardened soil effectively, according to the research topic of vibration mining technology. This paper develops the environmental adaptability of construction machinery, designs and develops a vibration mining operation system to realize vibration mining operation, and carries out experimental verification, which has achieved better research results. It is very important to improve the comprehensive efficiency of construction machinery. This paper is divided into six chapters. The first chapter expounds the background and significance of the research, summarizes the current research situation at home and abroad, and determines the main research content of this paper. The second chapter introduces and analyzes the characteristics of the overall scheme of various vibration mining systems, and determines the research scheme of the project. In the third chapter, the response performance of vibration mining hydraulic system is simulated and analyzed, the simulation model of vibration mining hydraulic system is established, and the influence of different parameters such as vibration signal waveform, frequency and amplitude on the performance of vibration mining is analyzed. To provide a reference for the test verification; In the fourth chapter, the modal analysis of the excavator is carried out, and the inherent characteristics and vibration of the excavator structure are obtained, which provides the boundary conditions for the design of the control system and the realization of the vibration mining. The fifth chapter carries on the principle prototype experiment, carries on the experiment analysis, validates the topic research effect; the sixth chapter as the end of this article, has carried on the summary and the prospect to the research achievement.
