某型混凝土搅拌运输车的设计与研究

【摘要】:随着国家城市化进程的加快,商品混凝土市场得到了前所未有的发展,混凝土搅拌运输车的作用就显得尤为重要。本文针对某公司设计要求,分析和总结了现有混凝土搅拌运输车的特点,采用三维建模技术和有限元分析技术,进行了其关键零部件的分析和设计,完成了新型混凝土搅拌运输车的设计与研究,取得了良好的经济和社会效益。 首先,分析和总结了现有混凝土搅拌运输车存在问题,包括罐体使用寿命短、搅拌叶片使用寿命短、搅拌效果和出料速度不理想、出料残余率高等,指出了问题的原因,并用于整车和零部件的设计。 然后,采用三维建模技术和SolidWorks软件,建立了搅拌罐和搅拌叶片的参数化模型,并采用IGES格式导入有限元分析软件ANSYS中,建立了其有限元模型,完成了搅拌罐和搅拌叶片的有限元分析。在有限元分析结果基础上,对搅拌罐和搅拌叶片进行了改进设计。 最后,进行了副车架、操纵机构、罐体后支架、供水系统、装卸料装置设置等主要部件的分析和改进研究,提出了相应的设计方案。 本文的设计和研究延长了混凝土搅拌运输车罐体和搅拌叶片的使用寿命,提高了出料速度,降低了出料残余率和生产成本,达到了更好的搅拌出料效果。
[Abstract]:With the acceleration of national urbanization, the commercial concrete market has been unprecedented development, the role of concrete mixing truck is particularly important. In this paper, according to the design requirements of a company, the characteristics of the existing concrete mixing truck are analyzed and summarized, and the analysis and design of its key parts are carried out by using 3D modeling technology and finite element analysis technology. The design and research of a new type of concrete mixing truck have been completed, and good economic and social benefits have been obtained. First of all, the existing problems of concrete mixing truck are analyzed and summarized, including short service life of tank, short service life of mixing blade, unsatisfactory mixing effect and discharge speed, high discharge residual rate, etc., and the causes of the problems are pointed out. And used in the design of the whole vehicle and parts. Then, the parametric model of mixing tank and stirring blade is established by using 3D modeling technology and SolidWorks software, and the finite element model is established by introducing IGES format into finite element analysis software ANSYS. The finite element analysis of mixing tank and stirring blade is completed. Based on the results of finite element analysis, the mixing tank and stirring blade are improved. Finally, the main components, such as auxiliary frame, control mechanism, tank rear support, water supply system, loading and unloading device, are analyzed and improved, and the corresponding design scheme is put forward. The design and research in this paper prolong the service life of the tank and the mixing blade of the concrete mixing truck, increase the discharge speed, reduce the discharge residual rate and production cost, and achieve a better mixing effect.
