端羧基改性聚酰胺-胺的合成及其阻垢性能的研究——以长庆油田花子坪区块为例

【摘要】:为解决长庆油田花子坪区块结CaCO_3、CaSO_4垢的严重问题,采用氯乙酸为端基改性剂对1.0代和2.0代聚酰胺-胺树状聚合物进行端羧基改性合成了性能优良的阻垢剂1.0G PAMAM-COONa和2.0G PAMAM-COONa,通过红外光谱(FTIR)、元素分析等方法对其结构进行表征,考察了合成阻垢剂对CaCO_3、CaSO_4的阻垢性能及复配的阻垢剂PNF-2.0G(阻垢剂PNF、2.0G PAMAM-COONa质量比1∶1)对长庆油田化子坪的采出水/现场注入水混配水(质量比1∶1)的阻垢性能,并进行了现场试验。研究结果表明,60℃下,PAMAM-COONa的阻垢效果比聚酰胺-胺(PAMAM)的好、2.0G PAMAM-COONa的阻垢性能比1.0G PAMAM-COONa的效果好,在加药量为20 mg/L时,2.0G PAMAM-COONa对CaCO_3、CaSO_4的阻垢率为95.64%、92.35%,1.0G PAMAM-COONa对CaCO_3、CaSO_4的阻垢率为82.25%、89.36%。在加药量为20 mg/L时,对于97-42采出水/现场注入水的混配水,2.0G PAMAM-COONa和PNF单独使用时的阻垢率分别为75.53%和60.5%,而复配阻垢剂的阻垢率则高达95.56%;对于化100-45采出水/现场注入水的混配水,2.0G PAMAM-COONa和PNF单独使用时的阻垢率分别为38.5%和49.5%,而复配阻垢剂的阻垢率高达98.91%。经现场试验验证,该复配阻垢剂能起到优良的阻垢效果。

The scale inhibition performance of the synthetic scale inhibitor to CaCOS3 and CaSO4 and the scale inhibition performance of the compound scale inhibitor PNF-2.0G (mass ratio of PNF-2.0G PAMAM-COONa at 1:1) to the produced water / in-situ injected water mixture (1:1) in Huazuping Oilfield of Changqing Oilfield were investigated, and field tests were carried out.
